She wants a VR headset so bad so I want to surprise her and find one for her 1st grade graduation with the money she has saved up, I am pretty clueless on what to look out for as a first time VR purchase, I know with our budget I will have to buy used or refurbished and we don’t need anything too crazy or complex, just a basic setup so I will take all the advice I can get

Lunch for me and and my daughter, I had one frozen chicken patty, and a few frozen fish fillets, One sesame bun and one potato bun in the bread cupboard, and only a couple slices of American cheese left in the fridge. I deep fried the chicken patty and fish, broiled the buns with a little butter and got the cheese melted under the broiler, the fish has pickles and tartar sauce, and the chicken was seasoned with Slap Ya Mama Hot seasoning and also has Hot Ones Buffalo sauce (it’s actually pretty good buffalo sauce) pickles, shredded iceberg I had leftover from making burgers and mayo. Not bad for a struggle meal before we head to the store. It’s not the healthiest but we were hungry and eat healthy way more than we don’t, it tastes a lot better than McDonald’s, that’s for sure!

There’s also tomato in there. The eggs were over easy but one of them broke and cooked more than my liking, but the other one was perfect with runny yolks

I made my mom share it with me and she said it was the best sandwich she’s had lol

Just your regular BLT toasted, but add American and Colby Jack on one piece of the toast under the broiler for a second to melt the cheese, mayo, mustard, white onion, Avocado, and pickles, salt and pepper on the tomato. It really was so good. Perfect snack after doing yard work

I know JTV can be controversial, but this was a gift from my mom, she knows I love funky and big rings, This is supposedly a Canela Amethyst and Medeira Citrine, Orange and purple have always been my favorite colors, so i love that my mom thought of me when she got me this ring. I also love looking at jewelry 😄 so I wanna see everyone’s favorite, real or not, just your favorite or sentimental piece!

I know my photos aren’t the best, but I promise if you like Avocado and kimchi, you’ll love this.

So I feel like these big cans of Salmon are close enough to sardines, minus the oily smoky flavor, I ALWAYS have a couple cans of salmon stashed with my sardine collection because I will just eat the canned salmon straight from the can, I love it so much. It has larger bones than sardines obviously, but I love the crumbly texture of the bones and the velvety texture of the salmon skin. This recipe you can do with your favorite sardines, but choose a more mild unflavored, less smoky tasting sardine otherwise it will clash unpleasantly with the Kimchi. It really is best with canned salmon.

First I make a piece of toast.

Then add mayo that is mixed with a little lime juice to give it an extra tangy flavor.

Then add half of a thinly sliced and smashed Avocado that you very lightly sprinkle with sea or mineral salt and squeeze lime juice and sprinkle some Lime pepper on top of that (Lime pepper is optional, it can be hard to find and it doesn’t make that much of a difference, it does have MSG in it so I don’t use a lot because it can really alter the flavor of everything)

Break up some of the canned salmon and add that on top of the Avocado and then add a generous amount of black pepper and a little more salt if you are a salt freak like me, Salt is 100% optional all around if you don’t want a lot of sodium.

Top with your favorite Kimchi, I like this brand because even though it isn’t the spicy variety it does have quite the kick, if you like spice I definitely recommend a spicy Kimchi, a little spice really takes it over the top with flavor!
