We still have a small idle lot around which could be used to put up a small venture. What businesses have you seem around, in or near Pickleball courts?
We just started our small, pickleball courtside cafe selling coffee, non-coffee and food. It’s only a home cafe and we only have on employee, no rent.
Daily sales in the first week did average around 4K to 5K per day.

2 outdoor silica courts (For hourly rent)
2 indoor tiled court (For open plays mostly)

What is the best way to talk to BIR officers if I wanted to offer/learn tax-related services (tax management, filing, bookkeeping and accreditation) and offer these services to the public after training?

We have an idle lot beside four pickleball courts (2 existing, another two being constructed). Thinking about putting up an alfresco or take-out coffee bar in this area but I cant visualize it. Ano kaya maganda na set-up or structure?

I am a CPA that has 3 years of SGV experience. However, in the past years I have not been practicing the profession but is working on an entirely different field.
I seem to notice that in our area, there are no accredited tax partners/agencies and I am considering of going back to public practice, with a niche on tax compliance for local clients with BIR.
