So, I’m dealing with justifiable anger due to a housemate who is a loud talker and won’t stop talking. Today I woke up angry so I decided to try something. I spoke to my anger like it’s an actual person. “Hay Anger! I understand your feeling is justified but it’s literally making me uncomfortable. Can you please cool it?” Instantly I was able to take a real deep breath. Give it a try next time your anger riled up.

So. The dream. It's a two parter. Part 1: Daniel (a problem neighbor I have) and I went to a community center together. Daniel ends up getting in trouble with the staff and they have to sit him down, go through his phone, and remove a ton of vulgar content from his phone, including changing his ringtone. Part 2. On the way home, I end up trapped in the car because I thought it was locked. When I got out, every time I try to close the door, I end up hitting someone with the door. I end up leaving the door open and running inside bawling because of it. Ugh. That dream sucked.

I have had a weighted blanket for a few years and recently brought it out of storage. I love sleeping with it. It weighs 15 pounds. I actually noticed it lowers my heart rate. Has anyone else tried one?

So today I got a couple weird messages asking if I have been “spamming links.” I responded to one and they say I’m being impersonated and they reported my account for hacking. They sent me photos of an “email” where I need to reach out to “support” on Discord. I haven’t received an email from Reddit about this and the person who messaged me said I wouldn’t get one. I’m genuinely shaking and scared.
