Synergy or Waste Teva-lorazepam

Age: 29

Sex:M

Height: 6'1

Weight: 168

Race: black

Duration of complaint: new to medication questions about mix

Location: Canada

Any existing relevant medical issues: depression

Current medications: Escitalopram 10mg. Teva-lorazepam 0.5mg. Zopiclone 7.5mg. Pantoprazole 40mg

29 M\\\\\\\] \\\\\\\[depression\\\\\\\] \\\\\\\[smoker\\\\\\\] \\\\\\\[prescribed Escitalopram and Ativan\\\\\\\]

I read online that you shouldnt mix Teva-lorazepam (Ativan) with nicotine, as it makes it 20 to 30% less effective and it clears out faster and has a weaker onset it's 6:44am right I took 3 and a half of the Ativan the dosage for each pill is 0.5 I also took half of a 3mg melatonin with some water and last night I had a big meal before going to bed. So I'm staring at this tin of nicotine pouches wondering if it's worth it to satisfy my nic cravings or if that's me wasting the medication? Also just a little background I was prescribed Ativan and Escitalopram (Lexapro) for depression first time I tried Ativan I felt absolutely nothing no effect nothing I could notice this is my second refill so I decided to try a bit more to see if there is an effect I just started my medicine regiment it's been 12 days I haven't taken the Escitalopram yet yesterday I took it sometime around 4 I think so I was gonna wait on that as it makes me kind of hyper.

But all this is just to ask should I take the nicotine pouch (4mgs) or by taking it will I be wasting the Teva-Lorazepam??

[NO SPOILERS] Where to begin and is the ending worth the toil?

Ive seen all the clips of game of thrones I know what happens in the story but Ive never seriously watched the show am I missing out on it and if so where should I start as in which episode? Or should I just watch all the best episodes and skip all the filler and if so which are the best episodes worth taking the time to watch?

To give you some background on what I'm into here are the books in the genre I read and enjoyed so far:

First and foremost on this list has to go to the series "John dies at the end" truly peak one of my all time favorites

coming in at a close second is "a short stay in hell" by Steven L Peck the only book I've read that really made me afraid of infinity or just really big numbers

Next on this list is Coraline while technically a YA book it gave me the definitive creeps it deserves its spot in the horror genre

Next this is a more recently published book but I have to say it was a whole new experience for me the plot was just so unique "there is no antimemetics division" by qntm was just really special I enjoyed it immensely

Next up we have Fabius Bile as part of the Warhammer universe you might argue everything to do with Warhammer is technically horror but this one definitely takes the cake and features one of my favorite characters

Next up I never hear anyone talk about this book but its incredibly imaginative yet dark it's called Abarat by Clive Barker starts off like a kids book ends in a very twisted dark way

Honorouble mention would have to be Lovecraft my favorite is the necronomicon

Last one I'll mention cause I don't want this to be too long is Dante's Inferno the divine comedy I don't read that many of the classics hardly any to be honest but I really enjoyed this one it has great re-read ability one of my favorites for sure.

Last on the list
