Experiences with Del Corral?

Hi! I am looking into phallo. Del Corral in Rosedale MD is someone I'm looking into, but his RFF and ALT technique as described on his website seems to differ from the norm - it says he does tissue expanders for the graft, but only for ALT - but people on this sub say he did it for RFF too. Some people report him doing single stage RFF surgery, but it doesn't specify his others (ALT) are single stage too. His wait time for a consult rn is VERY long and I was wondering if any of you can clarify what his process is since it's a time committment to be on his list.

What is the point of the tissue expander? Does this create a single scar instead of a rectangular patch? Is his single stage process including the expander? (As in he does the expander as one surgery a few months before, and everything else is single stage?) Is his expander the only option? I had top surgery with him so I know he's pretty cutting edge (cries in prevena wound vac) and would like any feedback or anecdotes y'all are willing to offer. Thanks!

Male names with no female equivalent?

I chose a name early in transition that is male but has a female version (think Alexander/Alex), and sometimes people innocently assume it's short for Alexandra if they gender me female (mostly doctors and family members at this late point in transition), and sometimes people maliciously call me Alexa/Alexandra to get a rise out of me. Sometimes queer people assume the female version is my deadname too. So, what are male names with no female equivalents?

Las Vegas I am hiring an etsy witch as we speak

Still desperately hoping Chicago or Denver or QC gets a team over an untested market like Vegas. Etsy witches may be our last line of defense.

What do I need to buy to shave for the first time?

I'm 25M 3 years on T. My friends are telling me I need to shave my face cause it looks messy, and they're probably right. I definitely don't want to shave it off, just get it to an even length. I don't have any adult men or ftms with facial hair in my life to ask for advice. What do I need to buy for my first shopping run, ELI5?

Should I get a razor with different guards to future-proof? Do I need anything else? I never even shaved my legs or armpits pre-transition, IDK what I'm doing at ALL lol

I have carpal tunnel in both hands (surgery #1 in june) so I can't chop with a knife, and clean-up wise i can't do scrubbing with a sponge most days. This means no using pots or pans since mine aren't dishwasher safe. I mostly cook things in the oven or grill (both on tinfoil) for easy cleanup. If it's a low-pain day I can use my rice cooker.

I've been eating chicken nuggets + french fries, sandwiches, and oatmeal for like a week straight and I'm sick of it. I'll take anything at this point, ideally cheap. Thank you

These are my tomato plants that I started from seed. The plants are in containers outdoors, full sun, as I prepare to transfer them to dirt next week. There are no pests. Water might be off - earlier this week, it rained 2 inches overnight, and it's been very humid ever since, ranging from 60F-40F. I don't think these have dried out in a solid week. I had been watering them when the topsoil was dry, about once every 1 to 3 days, but they are in very shallow starter pots. I was keeping them together too close in a tray, but even since separating them they are still getting worse.

the damage in image one shows the main issue: there are gray patches, which are not actually gray, it is the green has been stripped away leaving a clear film. there are also smaller yellow circles.

Image two shows the same issue, plus dark patches on the leaves.

image three shows darkened leaves without holes

image four shows where the gray patches completely burned through completely, leaving holes.

I have no idea what is causing this or how to fix it. any help is welcome!

I'm a dude with level like 6 or 7 hair, very very fine in diameter. (rip to my Swedish genes.) My hair is only like 1.5 inches long at the longest. all the online bleach tutorial videos seem to be aimed at women with long hair that is either nautrally black or brown. If I do bleach for 20 minutes, would I be good to dye my hair red/turquoise? Is 20 volume enough for my hair fineness/light color?
