Tretinoin + Azelaic Acid: Worth It?

Has anyone used tretinoin + azelaic acid? I’ve heard they can make a huge difference in skin texture and pigmentation. ✨
Do I need a dermatologist consultation to decide the right percentage/strength? What strength did you start with, and did you actually see noticeable results?

Hi girls! 💗

What skincare product has actually made a noticeable difference to your skin? I’m looking for that one must-buy product that genuinely gives you a healthy, glass-skin kind of glow. ✨

Urgent: Looking for a Loving Home for Our 5-Year-Old Pug (Kozhikode, Kerala)

Hi everyone,

This is one of the hardest posts I’ve ever had to write.
We have a 5-year-old pug who has always been a beloved member of our family. She has been raised with love and care since she was a puppy.

Unfortunately, due to unavoidable family circumstances, we are no longer able to care for her. My mother is undergoing medical treatment, and we have had to relocate to Kochi. Because of treatment-related restrictions, we are unable to keep our dog with us.
We temporarily left her with an elderly relative, who had clearly told us that they could only care for her for a short period. Due to their age, they are no longer able to look after her properly. As a result, she has developed severe skin problems and is not in good condition at the moment. She deserves much better than this, and it breaks our hearts to see her suffer.

We are not abandoning her. We are trying our best to find someone who will genuinely love her and give her the care, treatment, and attention she deserves.

If you are an experienced dog owner or know someone in Kozhikode or nearby areas who is willing to adopt her and provide a forever home, please respond…

Anyone waiting for a PET-CT after 9 rounds of chemotherapy?

Hi everyone,
My family member has Stage IV cancer and has completed 9 rounds of chemotherapy. The CT scan after treatment showed good improvement, and now we’re waiting for the PET-CT report to decide the next treatment (possibly hormone therapy).
Has anyone been in a similar situation?
What did your PET-CT show after chemotherapy?
Did it show further improvement?
Did your treatment plan stay the same, or did your doctor change it?

I started creating personalized story-based hampers in Kochi

Hi everyone!

I recently decided to start my own small customized hamper business in Kochi.

There are already so many talented people making beautiful hampers, and I’m just starting out. I don’t have a huge collection or a big business setup yet. This actually started because I genuinely love creating special gifts for my family and the people I love. Whenever I made something for them, their reactions and encouragement made me feel that maybe I could turn something I love doing into something more.
But I don’t want to create just another regular hamper.

Tell me the story of your person. ❤️
Tell me about your relationship, your memories together, their personality, the little things they love, or even an inside joke that only the two of you understand.
I’ll put my heart and effort into finding little things and creating ideas that connect with your story. The goal is to make a hamper where every item has a reason to be there—something that makes your loved one think, “You actually remembered this about me.”
Whether it’s for a birthday, anniversary, proposal, engagement, friendship, or simply a surprise for someone you love, I’d love to create something that feels uniquely theirs.

I’m based in Kochi, Kerala, and I’m currently taking customized orders. I’m adding a few pictures of hampers I’ve created so far. Since I’m just getting started, your support would genuinely mean a lot. ❤️

If you’re interested in getting a personalized hamper made for someone special, just send me a DM here on Reddit. Tell me a little about the person and your story, and we can discuss the ideas, budget, and details privately. ❤️

Any Stage IV breast cancer survivors from Kerala?

I would love to hear from anyone in Kerala who has been living with Stage IV breast cancer for several years. Which hospital are you treated at? How long have you been living with the diagnosis? How has your quality of life been?

Anyone here with Stage 4 breast cancer that spread to lungs and bones? Looking for your experience.

Hai Everyone

My mom has Stage 4 breast cancer that spread to her lungs, bones, and a small area of her liver. She has just completed her chemotherapy, and her recent CT scan showed that she is responding well. Her oncologist is planning to switch her to hormone therapy.
She is eating well, talking normally, laughing, using her phone, and overall doing much better than when she first started treatment.
I know everyone’s situation is different, but I’d love to hear from anyone who has had metastatic breast cancer involving the lungs and bones.
How long have you or your loved one been on hormone therapy?
How was the quality of life after chemotherapy?
Did energy levels improve?
Were you able to return to a fairly normal daily routine?
