Do ZTE Site Engineers in the philippines required to climb towers? please share your experiences.

Hi guys! So today I got an offer as a Site Engineer for ZTE. But I'm a bit hesitant because during interview they asked if I have WAH certification and if I have experience climbing towers. I told them I can climb only upto the platform where outdoor cabinets is installed/placed, as for when I need to do something (troubleshoot/install) at the top (antenna side) I told them "I work closely" with my rigger/technician and giving instructions on what we need to do. My interviewer reiterated that sometimes I will work alone on sites with no riggers so I should know how to climb the full height. Aside from this I have no other issues on the tasks I needed to do.

Can someone here who's working in ZTE as a site engineer or someone who knows something about this matter and share their thoughts/knowledge about this. Do you really need to climb towers on your own? Can I negotiate this with them to make sure I will only work at the ground level?
