Chances of acceptance after 2 refusals 2 yrs back on f1 for masters

I am from India, 33 yrs old , planning for masters abroad thinking to reapply for USA again masters in human computer interaction. I genuinely want to study in USA cuz of the reputation it holds in my field. It’s been 2 yrs my f1 student visa was refused twice 214b. Interview went Normal no critical questions asked..and I still don’t understand my refusal reason. As much as I would like to be hopeful is it wise to reapply again or try for another country?

Interview 1 Questions :
Tell me about yourself (I fumbled a bit here due to pressure )
What does my dad do?
Why masters now?

Interview 2 questions:
Which university program and what is your domain ?
What my parents do?
What modules you will study ?
In the end the officer said “ I don’t think you need a masters”

Which country excluding USA/ Australia/ uk is better for pursuing masters in hci/ux?

I know the market is bad everywhere but I want to know from people here who have done masters elsewhere in countries other than USA/ Australia/ UK.
I am also considering from the long term job perspective where getting a work visa is easier after masters. PhD is also my plan b if things go well. I need a change from my 9-5 job and taking a career break seems good.
(Work ex : 4+ yrs in ux )

Deciding between MSc Digital design versus MSc human computer interaction

I am an experienced professional in ux design wanting to move into service design and research. I want to know if MSc digital design would give me the right path in moving into service design and research with a potential of PhD later. I am not able to find any alumni for this course. Is this a new course? Any guidance would be helpful in deciding between the two courses.

Course change while application is under review?

Hi! I had applied to MA interaction design however it’s still under review but now considering my long term goals I believe that MA service design will be apt for me. Is it possible to change the course preference while it’s still under review? What’s a better way to do that? I have contacted the university through the application portal but I just want to know if this is possible?
