The last time SOUN went up more than 20% the day after reporting its earnings was almost exactly a year ago. It went up an additional 21% in the three days that followed.

Hey everyone, I was looking at how SOUN performed after its recent earnings reports, and I noticed that when it went up over 20% after its earnings report almost exactly a year ago. It went up an additional 21% in the three days that followed.

Given the strength of its earnings report yesterday and the potential it has to experience a short squeeze (which I made a post about in r/Shortsqueeze), I would not be surprised if history repeats itself and it goes on a nice run.

LFVN officially has a new CEO—he could cause it to squeeze again

Terrence Moorehead is the new CEO of LFVN now. He was previously the CEO of Nature’s Sunshine Products from 2018 to the fall of 2025. Under his leadership, its share price went up around 70%. The company became profitable while sales steadily grew. In his words, he “revived existing brands and drove innovation through new products, brands, and categories.”

LFVN could benefit from his presence. Its sales have steadily decreased and its margins have become smaller. The stock is down 11% over the past 5 years.

I’m sure a number of you reading this will remember that LFVN already squeezed a few months ago. It could squeeze again under Moorehead’s leadership. Its short interest isn’t as high as it was when it squeezed a few months ago, but it’s still elevated at 16.41%. Its short interest ratio (days to cover) is 27.27 based on its current volume, but it would be around 3 if volume were to increase. This isn’t very high, but it’s not exactly low either. It has a CTB (cost to borrow) of 28.21%, which could easily go up: just nine trading days ago, it was 66%.

Its next earnings report is on September 3rd. That’s the next catalyst for it. Until then, unless Morehead announces something, it likely won’t move much.

DISCLOSURE: I do not currently own any shares of LFVN.

A short squeeze may have just begun with SOUN

SOUN is up 21% this evening after reporting great earnings.

It’s heavily shorted with a short interest of 43.42%. It has a short interest ratio (days to cover) of 7.25 days, so today’s surge could mark the beginning of a prolonged short squeeze.

DISCLOSURE: I do not own any shares of SOUN, and I have never owned any shares of it.

I just smashed my TV because of Reddit

I just smashed my TV in front of my family because Reddit is down so much. My wife just took our crying kids and said they're all spending the rest of the week at a hotel. This stock has ruined my life and my family. I can't handle this anymore.

I’m selling Reddit and buying three companies that actually have good management and a lot more potential: Snapchat, MicroStrategy, and Carvana.

This stock has ruined my life

I first bought this stock when it was $282 a share. I started out with just 25% of my portfolio. When the stock dipped afterwards, I bought more. Then, when it hit $250 a share, I decided to sell all of the shares of the other companies I owned and take out all of the money from my retirement account buy more shares of Reddit. I was fully committed.

But I’m done with this stock now. I can’t take it anymore. I’ve lost so much money. It’s time to buy Snapchat, a company with much more potential. Goodbye, Reddit.

u/AlgaeExciting5478 and u/Test5784, what do you think of the earnings report?

u/AlgaeExciting5478 and u/Test5784, what do you think of the earnings report?

I’m asking the two of you this because you’re two of the most knowledgeable people here about SK Hynix, and I think the subreddit would benefit from hearing your thoughts on the earnings report.
