What do you guys really want to see in the Resumes we send that make you consider someone for a role?

We stay up late crafting multiple CVs for different correlating job posts but get no responses from these companies. Not even a "Thankyou for showing interest but NO" type of message.

What must we use or do to get your attention? Applying for jobs online is starting to feel like talking to a brick wall.

Are the bullets used in Kenyan shooting ranges live bullets?

And do they just let anyone in?

I keep hearing people say “NHIF didn’t work, SHA doesn’t work”, but my personal experience has been very different.

During the NHIF era, I was self-sponsored, paying Ksh. 500 per month.

-It covered my maternity bill of over Ksh. 100,000.

-Under SHA, I’ve still benefited: it recently paid a Ksh. 120,000 medical bill.

-Last year, I even got Ksh. 17,000 worth of eye glasses covered.

So when I hear blanket statements that these schemes don’t work, I wonder: am I just lucky, or is this manufactured hunger against the government? And No, I didn't call anyone to push for the coverage!

Have others here had similar positive experiences, or do you feel the system failed you?

Is the problem the scheme itself, or the way information and expectations are managed?

I’d love to hear real stories, good or bad, so we can separate perception from reality.

I don't know if it's a general thing ama ni skill issue but AI studio code is abit more complex and hard to follow through than Claude code.

The upside of AI studio is that it requires less prompts but it becomes hard to follow through when tailoring it to your own preference.

The upside of Claude is that the code is easy to understand and modify but the issue is that they limit prompts for free users.

I'd say the CPU of a computer is the most important component to look at when choosing to buy a laptop. Right⁉️

But why is is it that most of the people selling laptops and Desktops online never mention the CPU. I mean how am I supposed to know the extreme lengths this PC can go to without knowing how big or small that CPU is?

These guys need to style up. The RAM and the storage devices can be modified but the CPU is a completely different story. Some say you might have to buy another PC because changing a CPU is close to impossible.

Buying a laptop with a smaller cpu but a big ram and some "Cloud-like" storage size will have you buying Computers again after a very short time. Especially kama ni za tech jobs.

With a small cpu say (2 cores ama 4 cores) wewe kazi yako itakuwa tu watching movies na playing low spec games on windows 10. Chunga sana‼️

I think one of the (off the record) reasons why Rigathi Gachagua was kicked out of the Government is because he is a very evil and backminded person. He tries so hard to show us that he couldn't give two fucks about any other tribe, other than the Agikuyu tribe, even if he wanted to give af.

I (21M) got my B2 licence when I was 18. But when applying for a driver position, the people who get considered first are people holding multiple classes (BCE).

Issue ni nowadays you will have to sit patiently for at least 10 whooping years to get all these licences. Si kama kitambo when one would acquire all three at once.

I do not have that much time. In 10 years drivers will probably be the co-drivers to self-driving buses and trucks.
