Help removing bracket out to safely remove the fan
(And perhaps get to other areas)

Hey guys. I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this problem. I got a T8 torx screwdriver and removed all the screws holding in the bracket to take out the fan and clean it and inside but I can't remove it for some reason.

Something in the 4th image shown here is keeping it from being removed sort of between middle to the corner. I've put a decent amount of pressure on it hoping it's just being stubborn but feel like there's somethjng holding it in place from underneath thr bracket. Anyone else have this issue? Any solutions?

Typically 30 inches in the leg is all I see on most apps and websites and that means I'm constantly having to turn up the bottom of my jeans which pisses me off no end. Even an option for a 28 inch leg would be perfect (I think). Any help would be greatly appreciated it's been pissing me off for years at this stage.
