Based on previous posts, seems I may need to get a tech out to do the installation? I’m semi techie and feel like I can do it myself but I’m hoping there’s a ways to port over my current BG320 configuration?
I’m trying to file a crash claim with Specialized for an Evade helmet I purchased from a LBS and they asked for proof of purchase. I completely understand their request but it’s not a full replacement and they would only be offering a 40% off discount. Who in the world still keeps their receipt in 2026? I own 8 helmets- TT, MTB, road and gravel and I’m supposed to have all my receipts? Good lord
