Looking for a jersey that doesn't exist

So, Im a die hard Bears fan. I have been since the early 80's. Im also a huge Charles Tillman fan. Tillman was only in one pro bowl. The 2002-2003 /season. I'd really cherish a replica pro bowl jersey with #33 and Tillman on the back. Apparently, there were never any made. Does anyone lnow where I could pay for one to be made? I would pay a premium for it, and it would be a very cherished piece in my collection. I'd actually really like two of them. One to get singed, and one to wear. I could never actially own the jersey and not sport it. Anyway, if you know somewhere I could have this made, please link it. Thx so much!

It's getting to be oil change time for the srt again.

  1. Just passed 52k mi. I just wanna give it the best oil and filter possible. I always put premium gas in it. I really try my hardest tobtake care of my srt. The last oil chand was a k&n filter and redline 0W-40. Is there any reason I should use something different? I'm a decent mechanic when it comes to oil changes, brakes, ball joints, batteries. I'll admit though, I'm in a bit over my head with this ride. I've still got 70k miles of warranty, though, so I don't sweat it too much. Thanx for any advice!

Meat Church rubs?

My birthday was last weekend, and my mom gave me a bunch of meat church rubs as a gift. She knows that I love grilling and since I've gotten a traeger a couple of years ago, I smoke somthing every weekend. I've tried a couple of the rubs and didn't really like them at the begining. But now, I think I have every rub and seasoning meat church makes. Maybe not all, but a lot of them.

Honestly, I cant find one that I like. Literally every single one has sugar as the 1st or 2nd ingredient. I like my ham to be sweet, and thats about it. I make a brown sugar/ honey glaze for ham. In no way do I want a sweet element to any other meat I cook. I can't unfrrstand how those rubs are so popular.

Since then, I've found Chef Prudhomme's meat magic seasonings, and I highly suggest those if you're like me. They're all really good and no added sugar.

Customer called in and said he had a leak in the crawl space

It stubs out of the crawl space 3 times on different sides of the home. I'm goona hook him up with an RPZ, and replace all of the poly with copper. If this is the work that my competition is doing, I'm in good shape.

A question for venomous keepers

In my state, to legally own a venomous animal, you have to have a permit issued for each animal, veterinary heath check, safe enclosure cert, and emergency bite or escape plan posted, and other things I'm sure. My question is, since it's not legal for someone other than a medical professional to handle anti-venom, how do you prepare for an accidental envenomation? Can you personally pay for a local medical facility to store and administer anti-venom for your particular animals? I'm sure you all are highly trained at handling these animals before you just go out and buy one, so the chances of an accident are low, but I was just mildly curious on how the anti-venom protocol worked? Thanx!

Picanha a made on my smoker on Sunday

Smoked at 225 for around 2 hrs until I got an internal temp of 135. Removed, and cranked the smoker up to 450 for 10min each side. It turned out perfect. Ate it like steak on Sunday, and made sammiches on Monday.

Finally got some!

Had to order it from the interweb because the closest place that has it in stock is 70mi away. You all weren't lying. Its very good. Its very creamy with a nice head. Light on the vanilla, but you can still taste it. It's just about everything I want a root beer to be. WIll definitely order again.

I gave a new one a shot today.

Not bad. It's pretty thick, rich and creamy. Drinks well out of a frosty mug. I'd give it a 7/10.

I cosidering leaving my job of 25 years over a salamander incident.

I've been working at a townhouse development for around 15+ years. We're a lawn irrigation company btw. There is an 8' deep meter pit we have to crawl into every year to turn water on/off. Well, about 8 years ago, there was a little red stripe salamander in there. 2 years later, it was much bigger with a few yellow spots, and also a young mate living in there. 4 years later, this thing is like 6" long and the mate was also getting much bigger. Here we are at 8 years, and my boss went in the pit 1 time and squashed the 2 biggest yellow spot salamanders ive ever seen. He denied it because I specifically asked him.not to harm the salamanders, but he literally left his boot print waffled into them. They were living great in there, eating crickets. It feels like he murdered a couple of my children. Maybe it sounds ridiculous, but he completely ignored my request and then tried to lie to me abput it. Why do some people have to kill every animal they encounter? I just can't undersand the logic.

A better alternative?

I know we're generally against the traeger pellets in this sub, and I normally agree, but these pecan pellets just add the best flavor of any pellet I've found so far. They are friggin expensive too. I've cleaned out every retail place nearby, and even after I request they restock, they just won't stock the pecan. I was just wondering if there are any other prcan pellets you all would say compare to the traeger ones at a better price? Thanx!

Should we start stocking blu-lock stuff?

It seems like I'm running into this blu-lock crap more and more. I guess it's an easy way for customers to add components to their irrigation. However, i keep having to repair or adapt to it, and all I really carry on the service truck are some males/females so I can adapt to funny pipe or poly. I'm considering telling customers that we won't service blu-lock at all. Either we replace it, or call another company who uses blu-lock. We have a fleet of ford rangers that are fully stocked for pvc and Polyethethylene repairs. There just isn't room in our trucks for another type of pipe. Anyway, just wondering you other technicians handle the blu-lock situation?

I have serious problems with my feet due to a health condition and an old sports injury. I just can't do traditional work boots for a full day anymore. Work boots were all I wore ever for 25+ years. I highly suggest the slip ins if you're like me.
