Is Rayban meta Gen 1 with it for 160 to 180 USD?

I don't want to spend a lot for gen 2. So Gen 1 is what I have finalised.

Is it worth getting it?

No aftermarket

No part AM and part original.

1. How do you go about finding them since agriculture lands are never listed online.

2. What's the typical agriculture yield per year on 1 acre land.

3. Did you buy it for land appreciation or are you actively farming on that?

I am purchasing a plot worth 26 lakh. I can pay full amount, but want to avoid to not empty my cash reserve. As a result, I am planning to go for a 15 Lakh loan. With an intent to close it out as soon as possible.

Its a plot loan, I do not hav any plan of construction. Developer have finance option from LIC housing finance. Separately I have options such as presonal loan or plot loan from any of the bank, Overdraft facility. For my use case, what would be the better option? In what way I can save the maximum!

I recently went to two places. Haralur road and horamavu through some back side roads.

Both the places have plenty of apartments one after one. And when you cross those roads, you can smell the world's worst smell. It's like stench, garbage, feces, sewage and everything else combined into one crazy unexplainable smell!

I am unable to describe it, but if you live in those areas or cross those areas, you would understand what I am trying to say.

The flats cost anywhere from 1 to 2.5 Crores.

1. How are people living in those conditions?

2. Is it safe for their health to keep inhaling such a bad stench throughout the day?

3. what is the point of living in such a place where only the internal of your flat is good but rest everything outside is either garbage or smells like a weapon grade mass poop factory?

4. Curious to know where the smell comes from? I recollect my visit to New York once. It has a very similar smell.

5. Is the government or RWAs doing something about it?

6. How are builders able to sell such properties? What dreams are they showing to the buyers that buyers are not able to sniff the reality.
