*Turn OFF* Is there a setting to have a black background as default without the info, so it just looks like a watch and then lift or press a button and have info on? I miss my Vivomove Luxe (I recently lost it…) but don’t want to spend another $500 on a discontinued item and don’t love the Vivomove Trend or Sport.

Anyone have a thermal print camera that prints all photos from burst setting?

I have been pining after a thermal instant print photo that prints in bursts like a photo booth. it seems easy enough to program! I’ve tried several cameras over the years and the closest I’ve gotten is cameras that take photos in bursts of 3-5 photos, but they’ll either not instant print in burst mode, or just print the last photo from the burst.

I tried to post this before but in the wrong sub (oops).
I tried Truvaga last year(or at least tried to try…) but got so frustrated with the Android app and couldn’t get it to work at all. Returned it (after fighting with customer service about the return shipping…)
Got a Pulsetto, but finally got sick of it not fitting my thin neck recently. After talking to my kid’s neuro team about treatments including Gammacore, decided to try again since I switched to Apple a few months ago. Gammacore is one of the only tvns systems that is FDA approved and backed by lots of research.

I still think it’s ridiculous they even have an Android app, it never ever worked for me. But, I have to admit I like the Truvaga much better. It’s a faster treatment, way more comfortable for my NTOS and muscle pain around my neck and seems to work a lot better (probably because I could never get both sides the Pulsetto FIT positioned right…)
Pulsetto never seemed to do anything, but Truvaga has already helped dampen or completely get rid of several migraines, which is what I was hoping g since it’s supposedly the same basic technology as the Gammacore.

Not a paid advertisement or affiliated in any way, I just know I spent a lot of time looking for info on both. I ended up buying this one used on eBay for $350ish with shipping, etc. and totally worth it so far.

I have life-long chronic pain, muscle and nerve disorders and migraines.

TLDR; Truvaga sucked with my Android phone last year. Pulsetto was mediocre and inconvenient, Truvaga works great with my iPhone and helps noticeably with my migraines and may help with my chronic pain. I’m on summer break so effect on stress is currently unknown.

I bought a Truvaga a little over a year ago but the app was trash with my android phone. I was so mad, it was so bad that I couldn’t even get it set up to use it. I returned it and they had the audacity to say I needed to pay for return shipping… However I convinced them to pay for the return shipping and I thought I was done with them.

I bought a Pulsetto instead and have had it for a year. I am a thin person with a small neck and got the Pulsetto fit, but even set up as small as I could get it it never quite fit my neck and was near impossible to get both sides in the right spot without bolstering it with a wash cloth, which was fussy. It seemed to help on the rare time I was able to get it set up, but the sessions for pain were long and maybe because I had to Jerry-rig it I couldn’t actually walk around or do anything with it on.

In the time since initially buying and returning the Truvaga my daughter got diagnosed with migraines and I’ve spent a lot of time with her headache team, nurses, hospital staff etc. She was prescribed Nurivio as a rescue for migraines, and her doctor mentioned Gammacore/Truvaga. I was able to ask some questions. She’s technically not quite old enough to use either device on label, but we’re debating if she could try it anyway. Plenty of other patients her age have without issue.

So, when I switched to an iPhone in the last few months and after a frustrating time getting the Pulsetto positioned for myself, I decided to try Trista again for myself and then bring it to her headache team in the fall and see if they think it may help her (assuming I could get it working for myself).

I bought another Truvaga Plus, this time slightly used on eBay for $300. Turns out it works great with my iPhone, no issues with app. It’s also much more comfortable than the Pulsetto was, in both pulse and application. I have neck/cervical pain issues and having the Pulsetto on my neck was uncomfortable.
I was worried about holding the Truvaga up with my nerve issue, but the sessions are so short.

I didn’t notice a big difference with the Pulsetto and I can’t say for sure it helped my pain.

The Truvaga has already stopped a couple migraines in their tracks! They’ve come back a bit a few hours later, but another zap got rid of them. I got a really nasty migraines that the Truvaga helped lessen somewhat. but didn’t actually get rid of. But then neither did my Sumatriptan, it was just a nasty one. I don’t know if it’s helping with my general chronic pain levels, maybe some? I am also unsure if it’s affecting my stress levels because I am an educator and have been off work for several weeks, so I am already pretty chill lately.

It’s been a lot easier and more pleasant to incorporate the Truvaga into my routine and I use it sever times a day with the Signaspray (which is waaaay better than the Signagel… both work great but the gel is messy and leaves a gross Elmer’s glue-esque film on my neck and the spray leaves just a little bit of residue similar to the stickiness of dried sweat).

Anyway it’s only been a couple weeks with the Truvaga, but I’ve used it so much more than the Pulsetto.

My sumatriptan looks nothing like my Adderall, at all. It’s in a blister pack, in a large pill bottle… but my daughter also has migraines and I am used to giving her an extra dose of gabapentin which is in a pill form like my Adderall, but smaller. I realized my stale just as I swallowed the damn pill. Now I don’t think I should take my sumatriptan because I am worried the much higher dose of Adderall increases the rise of seratonin syndrome that’s already present with Adderall and sumatriptan. Ugh, feel like such an idiot (and idiot that still has a migraine…)
I use a weekly pill box, but gave summers off so sometimes forget to fill it and take meds directly from bottle occasionally. I drew red all over my Adderall to maybe prompt me so this never happens again… Oi. Maybe I can take the last Ubrelvy sample I have instead?

I thought I was done buying owalas (my family already has like 7 between the 3 of us…) But bought a $20 24oz straw tumbler today to replace another tumbler…
