Early pregnancy, hydration packets safe?

I am 4w4d today and obviously haven’t seen an OBGYN yet, so I’ve been doing some Googling and research on my own. From what I’ve read, caffeine free hydration packets are usually considered fine during pregnancy, but I wanted to hear from other moms too.

I’ve never really liked plain water, before pregnancy I probably drank at most half a glass a day. I know hydration is super important now though, so to help myself drink more water, I add Hydromate peach tea hydration packets to a full stanley cup. They’re low in sugar and caffeine free. Google says they should be fine, but I’m curious if other moms drank hydration packets during pregnancy as well and if you had any others that you got the ok for!

Found out I am pregnant, anxiety

Hi all! Baby is very wanted and loved so much, husband and I are over the moon and so grateful God is entrusting us with this baby. I am 4 weeks today!

But oh wow am I just so very anxious. I know logically a majority of pregnancies end up being normal, babies are healthy, mom is fine. I know the internet is filled with scary stories and makes everything more extreme than it is but there are just so many of those stories. I am so nervous about miscarriage, about genetic issues, about still-birth. I started a novena for expectant mothers to help and I pray every day and I said a rosary. My husband also is nervous even though he tries not to make it obvious. He said an odd comment when I said we'd be parents like, "let's just slow down." We're both a little on edge and I wish we weren't.

We have no history of miscarriage, this is our first pregnancy. My mother had 5 healthy children, his mother had 2. We're both in good health as far as we know.

My first appointment isn't until June. I've tested twice a day since I found out and I really want to stop testing because it is giving me more anxiety "oh the line isn't as dark as this morning, is it chemical?"

Anyway, just curious how to let go and give it to God. I feel like I am failing him by being so nervous. I also know being anxious won't change anything.

14dpo, BFP

First cycle with Inito and got my BFP! AH. 2 months TTC. I actually took a digital a few days ago and got a not pregnant but my Wandfo and premoms all had faint lines. I continued testing with those and first responses and watched them all grow darker. I stopped testing with Inito when I saw my pdg rose and just said whatever I’ll test.

I’m so so excited but also anxious and also a believer in God so really trying to give it to him.

For anyone curious about my chart and “what I did” well we BD the day before and day after my peak. My husband wasn’t around when my LH actually rose and I remember being so upset but figured if it was meant to be it would happen and it did! I don’t know if any of this made a difference but I know what helped me was reading everyone else’s success stories.

Symptoms are cramps and sore boobs, also super stuffed nose and dry mouth. The cramping has eased a little bit today but VERY bloated and well.. gassy lol.

4 weeks officially today, sending everyone baby dust!

I’m not insane right?

I took a pregnancy test last night only with my wondfo tests and I swore I could see a very faint shadow. I’m about 11-12dpo, slight cramping but not many other symptoms. Toom more today just to compare. I have never seen a second line at all on the pre-moms. I swear these are even darker in person I just need to know I’m not crazy

11dpo, may have line eyes

Took an Inito test and pregnancy test this morning and was not looking promising. Estrogen dropped and so did PDG but I felt a little crampy during day (which could totally be pre-period) and decided to test again so I could rule it out for tomorrow and just let this all go… well I swear I see a very faint line but I also may just have line eyes and my PDG rose. Estrogen rose a little bit 🤷‍♀️ idk this rollercoaster sucks I’m not getting my hopes up

9dpo, not really sure how to interpret

BFN on the pregnancy test. I thought I might have seen a faint line at first, but after staring at it a bit too long and needing to squint, I realized I was probably just convincing myself and ended up tossing it.

On the hormone side, PdG went up but estrogen dropped. I’ve noticed that positive charts tend to show more of an upward trend across several markers, but there also seems to be conflicting info about whether estrogen is supposed to rise or fall at this point. It took a big crash and I’m starting to feel more luteal phasey - little down and moody lol.

This is my first cycle using Inito, so I’m still trying to understand what patterns actually matter. I’m wondering if these numbers look at all promising or if I should just put the pregnancy tests away until next cycle.

I know it’s still too early and implantation has most likely not even occurred yet, just curious if my chart looks good and if any pregnant ladies had a similar one 4dpo? PDG is rising and small surge in LH (which I read is normal) don’t want to keep testing because I think it’ll just stress me out more than it’ll ease my nerves

Not sure if anyone else took a test this morning and had it fail, but mine did too. My device also shut off on its own and wouldn’t read the strips. I called support and they said their servers are down. From what I understood, whatever processes the test readings is what’s affected.

Just wanted to share in case anyone else is having issues and starting to panic. They said they’d send me a replacement box of strips for the ones that were wasted since they’re definitely not cheap, so I’d reach out to support about that too.

(Also adding I have the newest version that’s Bluetooth, not sure if the other versions are impacted)

UPDATE: They emailed me and said it should be working again. Currently at work and can't try so please let us know if any you tried to test again and it worked!

I’ve been using LH strips for a while and recently started using Inito. This is my first cycle with it. Before Inito, I’d usually test LH after the gym in the morning instead of with first morning urine because I was up super early (around 5:30) and just didn’t want to deal with testing that early. That routine worked well for me, my cervical mucus usually lined up with whatever phase I was in, and I was able to confirm ovulation without any issues.

Since starting Inito though I’ve been testing with first morning urine, and now I’m a little confused. My estrogen is rising, but my LH keeps coming back suspiciously low. I’m pretty in tune with my cycle at this point since I’ve been tracking for a while, and based on how my body usually behaves, I’d expect my LH to at least be starting to rise by now.

Right now my LH is only 0.19 on Inito which is lower than yesterdays morning reading at 0.23 , and I also took a regular LH strip this morning that was low too. Yesterday I had a low LH result in the morning as well (0.23), then tested again that evening and it went up slightly to 0.27.

I know that’s not a huge jump but it’s enough to make me wonder if first morning urine just isn’t giving me the most accurate LH reading. Has anyone else had better luck catching their LH rise later in the morning or after first morning urine or is sticking to the morning urine the most accurate reading?
