Your overall experience
I’m considering a 2023 A4, Certified pre owned. I know I’m asking the A4 sub so you’re all probably going to recommend it. Just wondering about long term reliability. I generally stick with regular maintenance and use premium fuel if the car requires it. What has been your experience? Any issues? Concerns about longevity.
Transmission (Ecm/tcm updates)
Have any of you had any software updates done for your engine or transmission control modules at a dealer? My 2023 Mazda 3 hasn’t had any major issues yet at 34k miles. Only thing I dislike is how laggy the power delivery can feel. Most noticeable when coasting along in traffic and then need to speed up. As I press on the accelerator, there’s a noticeable delay before power is delivered to the wheels. Also going uphill, it’s not very smooth. Anyone else have these issues with their 6 speed autos? If so I’d like to get it taken care of while it’s still under warranty.
Pickup swap
For those of you who have changed the pickups in your PRS:
What did you replace them with?
What didn’t you like about the stock pickups?
Are you happy with the replacement pickups?
I’m considering changing the 85/15 pickups in my CE24.
Break in time
Been eyeing the 1907 classic moc for a while and finally got a pair. First day wearing today and had them on all day. Probably shouldn’t have done that. Should have eased into it. How long did it take you guys to break in your shoes? Or are the feet what ends up getting broken in?
