[Acne] Stubborn acne local only to chin crease/soul patch area

I don’t know why but in the last couple years or so I CONSTANTLY get acne in a very tiny specific portion of my face and that’s directly under my lower lip in the chin crease/soul patch area

Usually it’s not very deep but I can’t remember the last time I had a day where there wasn’t at least one or two tiny white heads there. This past week I ended up with a super deep cystic pimple there that I couldn’t pop even if I wanted to. It’s weird that it’s so extremely localized, it doesn’t even spread anywhere outside of its usual dime sized radius

My skincare routine consists of sunscreen, moisturizer, 05% tretinoin every other day and
a ceramide/retinol serum every other day and that’s it

Any insight as to why i continue to get it in this extremely small consistent spot would be greatly appreciated because i feel like im about to go crazy at this point

Going to the club/bar alone is better than going with a group if you want to meet new people

Going out with friends is a great time don’t get me wrong, but if your goal is to meet people you would be better off going alone

I go out almost every weekend and one thing I’ve noticed is that Ive made so many more friends/had people come on to me when I was alone than when I go out with a group

I’m not a mega extrovert or anything, and I rarely ever approach people first, but almost every time I go out by myself without fail I will have people approach me and strike up conversation or just dance with me

I think the key to this is to actually HAVE FUN while you’re there. You can’t be all nonchalant and shy and stand in the corner and bob your head looking like you’re too cool to be there. You need to commit and actually dance. It doesn’t matter if you’re any good at it. People go out to have a good time and if they see you having a good time they will gravitate toward that

Unsure of sexuality

I’m a 24 year old cis man and my entire life I’ve just identified as straight, since I’ve only ever found myself attracted to people with female anatomy, regardless of gender identity. But lately some of my queer friends are saying I’m maybe bisexual or pansexual since I’ve dated people that identify as nonbinary or male.

I just feel weird claiming it because I know I’m not attracted to people that have male anatomy and wouldn’t date them, even though they can also identify as male/nonbinary. Feels like it may be misleading for other people if I said I was pansexual but aren’t ACTUALLY attracted to anyone and everyone? Was hoping to get some more perspective from people in the space, thanks

Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this or knows why it’s happening. My cardiovascular age over the past month has shifted from .5 years younger up to 1 year older despite PWV staying the same

Used to be able to just keep my hands on the wheel and the car would follow the lanes by itself. For the past week it’s just stopped. Anyone know how to reenable it? 2025 Camry LE
