I have noticed this in the past but a lot more so recently. My visibility into the MLS is via Redfin mostly. I have noticed, in the two states where I've lived recently, that properties are often pulled and then relisted. In these cases, if you look at the history section the previous listing is no longer mentioned. The one I noted just now, the listing that has been up for months is not visible yet a previous listing from 10 years ago shows as pulled. How are these listings being reset as new listings?

$2 more than before. Two lines plus a frees tablet line. Lots more hot spot and intl data than before.

We've had several occasions when our TV setup had this issue. The setup is basic. A sharp roku TV, a Polk soundbar, all being fed by an AppleTV 4k. Simple enough.

On these occasions when we turn it all on the remotes fail or mostly fail to do what they're supposed to. The TV remote is 100% unresponsive. The soundbar remote is also 100% unresponsive. The AppleTV remote sort of works on some buttons but not others.

In the past I've unplugged everything and in the morning it just worked. This time that routine didn't help.

After banging my head against the wall for an hour I decided that there must be IR interference somehow. After a while I shut it all off and decided to wake them up one at a time. I even removed all the batteries from the remotes.

After restarting the TV it sort of worked. And then it didn't. And then it did. And then it didn't. Long story short I eventually discovered that if I hid the AppleTV remote then the TV remote worked well. So I hid the AppleTV remote and hooked everything back up. It all worked well until I unhid the AppleTV remote at which point it kept turning the volume all the way up to 100% no matter what I did. Until I plugged it in to a charger. It was a low battery on the remote making it go awry all along.

So I thought we were supposed to get a message when the AppleTV remote battery ran down ? Instead, the warning is that it turns the volume all the way up and disables my other remotes. At least I know now.

After 26 years on Ebay, withh 26 years of positive feedback, they are restricting my payouts ? Meanwhile the buyer has refused delivery. I got an email from USPS saying that the package is being held per buyer's request. So I'm out the merch and the postage.

I just went 3 hours with eBay trying to get help, getting transferred from one continent to the next. Never did get help. They say this new payout restriction is being applied to everyone in the US. This seems to contradict the original email as well as common sense.

Anyone else experience this ? Anyone else experiencing the opposite. ie getting paid as usual?

I think that after 26 years on eBay that I am done. The customer disservice has gone from bad to downright malicious.

We looked at a very tempting home yesterday. 1995 mobile home on 2.25 acres. Huge unattached shop. Huge carport. Good price in a HCOL area. The catch : The listing agent says that the place is ineligible for a mortgage because the mobile home was moved once. Is this a valid reason for all banks to reject a mortgage ? Or are they maybe hiding something else ? Any thoughts specifically on the danger of moving a mobile home ?

We have a Daiken mini split system. Condenser outside. 3 Heads inside. Two on first floor. One in the finished basement with a little pump.

The issue appears to effect all three head units. From talking to neighbors it also seems a common issue.

This issue is that it just keeps cooling. Doesn't seem to pay attention to the setting on the remotes re: desired temperature. In the room I am in now, the thermostat is set at 76f. The room is 62f. Neighbors say they just shut theirs off when they get cold.

I know that in our previous home (ducted) we had a nest thermostat which in turn had a number of external thermostat sensors sprinkled around the house. I see that Daiken makes external sensors. Unclear of they're a potential solution and if they're compatible with our system. Local HVAC people want $159 to come out and talk to us about the subject, despite having gotten $15k to install it.

Questions :

- Is an external sensor compatible with FTXS12LVJU?

- Might this alleviate the issue?

Trupanion is currently running ads to the effect of “For when your socks go missing” on reddit. Probably because i got a wuote for another company last night.

Kind of infuriating. My dog is excluded from eating hazards because as a puppy he ate a turkey bone and got the runs. He’s actually one of the smartest snd best behaved dogs ive ever known regarding what he eats. Hes picky, eats healthy, doesmt steal food. And hes uninsured fir such things because of one incident 6 years sgo. That ad backfired Trupanion.

Im having a number of problems with my HOA. I need to at leadt speak to sn attorney and get some expert opinions. So far ive had no luck on this search. Where do i look ?
