Youtube keeps suggesting me videos that I've already watched

It's so annoying, instead of showing me videos that I haven't seen, even if from the same channels it suggests me now, no it mostly suggest videos that I've watched. My feed and sidebar are full of videos with the red bar filled. It also keeps making the same video suggestions over and over and over.

And don't even make me start on the suggestions of Youtube on the TV, they can be even worse.

I understand the bubble effect and all that, but cmon even inside "my bubble" (everyone has one), there are thousands of videos the algorithm could suggest me, why always the same ones and ones that I've already watched?

TLDR: Youtube video suggestions suck.
