"Karma it's a chameleon" could be an anagram?

I was thinking how it's strange that the graffiti that says "karma it's a chameleon" aren't the actual lyrics to the song. It's obviously a reference to the song but at no point do they say those exact words in the song. Which would mean "it's a" were put in the graffiti intentionally... to potentially spell something?

I ran it through an anagram solver and the top suggested solution was; "Michael's karma atone."

The graffiti now feels like two messages in one. Both pointing us in the direction of a karmic compass or path.

Thoughts?
