Is there a way to patch Assistant to think our devices don't meet the min req. of Gemini?

As many you already know, Gemini is absolute dogshit handling day to day Assistant tasks, most times it can't even set a simple reminder. I'd very much like to keep my Google Assistant.

Wondering if there is a way for us to patch the Assistant app to think that our device don't meet the minimum requirements for Gemini, and therefore we get to keep using Google Assistant?
