[F19] glow up tips

so i’ve been feeling quite bummed out and just really upset lately because of my appearance and other stuff about my body mainly. i kept putting it off by saying ill figure it out or ill grow out of it and im just having mood swings but i cant procrastinate anymore. i HAVE to do something about constantly feeling like shit ALL THE TIME. so i made a list of things i dislike about myself and im seeking solutions for them
if you guys have any big sister tips or any suggestions on how i can solve them, pleaaaseee let me know!!

and i know we’re all about body positivity and feeling comfortable and confident in our skin, but frankly speaking im not comfortable and confident and i KNOW i can do something about this so i will.

1- weight loss (most important one imo)
2- acne on face
3- back acne and body acne
4- dark inner thighs
5- dandruff (could be the cause of my acne too)
6- phone addiction (not really a physical problem but i feel it’s the one thing holding me back)

so yeah. i can’t keep making excuses, i have to be disciplined and motivated. i have to be better, because i know i can. thank you to everyone who helps

manifested within a day!!

hi guys. so this is my first time sharing a success story here but i genuinely need you all to listen to this.
i’ve been trying to manifest some money for the past couple weeks, obviously not expecting money to just appear out of nowhere. i was constantly stressing and looking for ways to earn some extra money to help pay off my debts.
i kept trying to manifest but nothing seemed to work. i would keep affirming while listening to subliminals and guided manifestations but still nothing.
until today- i thought of it as something very normal in my life, like it’s a fact- or it’s the most casual thing ever. for example, my room number is 801 and i have so and so amount right now. i thought of it as a fact, as something so certain absolutely nothing could change it. and lo behold- i got a few orders on my small business that helped me pay off some debts!!!
i’m not sure if this counts as an actual method or something but it worked for me, i let go of the desire and focused on just the goal. i stopped having so much anxiety about the process and whether i have money or not. i simply said, and it happened :)
