never understood this

this is not an iOS issue it is going on my pc aswell. I click the item or “buy” it doesn’t work but I can just how much I would like to pay.

I see his (or their) tags frequently where I live and I have found an article stating they have confronted a group of 2 minors using that tag. This doesn’t make much sense to me though. This group tagged the top of a bridge (and other places) and they are minors? Do guys think they could be copycats and the “real” “Scate5“ is still out there somewhere? Or are they daring? This has been in my mind for a while now.
