Woo hoo. Lego Review!!

Congratulations SmallJokeBook. It looks like we hit 10,000 followers on the serenity Lego project

https://ideas.lego.com/product-ideas/43260bd7-8e5d-4012-893f-3ca1e652d825

From their update:
Congratulations on reaching the 10,000 supporter milestone! What an achievement it is!
We now officially advance this Product Idea to the Review phase.
What happens now?
This Product Idea moves from the Idea stage to the Review stage. A "LEGO Review Board" composed of designers, product managers, and other key team members will examine the idea. We'll build concept models and determine if the concept meets our high standards for what it takes to be a LEGO product. This includes factors such as playability, safety, and fit with the LEGO brand. Every potential LEGO product goes through a process like this and must meet the same standards.
The LEGO Review Begins in January 2027
This Product Idea qualifies for the Third 2026 Review, which includes Product Ideas that reach 10,000 supporters between September 2026 and January 4th, 2027. For more information about the LEGO review process, please see the Rules & Guidelines.
The review is a thorough process and from its start, it can take several months. When finished, we make a "go/no go" decision to develop and sell a product based on Firefly SERENITY With Interior!
When the review is complete, we will inform you of our decision. If green-lit, this project goes into the Development phase. During this time, LEGO model designers refine the product and develop it for release, we create the product materials (box, instructions, marketing), and get everything ready for a production run. This also takes several months.

Harvested peppers Saturday. Decided to make sauces. Aguacate and Chile Tamulado. Bonus peppers for cebollas.

This led to making tacos. A perfect Sunday.

Shrimp n Grits with Sea Island Red Peas

Spot prawns lightly sauteed over Anson Mills Carolina Gold rice grits with smoked gouda. Sea Island Red Peas with fresh snapped green beans. All plates came back empty. No leftovers.

The new "clear" Best Maid pickle brine is garbage.

I have spoken.

Side by side tests with the OG brine in gallon and on pickles. It's tastes nothing like the original. Not even close. They did more than remove yellow number 5. Sad day.

My riff on pibil tacos using pork loin.Totally freestyle lunch for my crew. Nothing authentic, just inspired.

Marinated a pork loin with cochinita pibil ingredients overnight. Hot and fast on the Weber, cubed up, added cilantro, torreados, and avocado. Tortillas are homemade, too. Used paper plates, cuz I hate doing dishes for lunch.

BRUJOS X NORTH PARK X GREEN CHEEK collab - Chase'n Waterfalls? I'm blown away.

Extra huge hit of oats for that creamy mouth feel. Hop bill was top secret (😂), but this collab delivers. I know big hazy triples aren't everyone's thing, but this one absolutely sets the bar for what is possible win three heavy hitters get together (again) to produce that creamy hop fire most of us enjoy.

Like dank candied pineapple upfront and a little mango/pine at the back of your throat.

BRUJOS collab with author Orin Steele. "Sangre, Sombra Y Fuego" Killer of all killer triples. 🤯 Like fruity, creamy Sour Diesel nugs. So damn good.... and crushable for the ABV.

Sometimes you just find that perfect alchemy for your particular pallette. BRUJOS nailed this one.

PSA: Go grab you some. Torchbearer Pickled Goblin. Late night drunk purchase I do not regret.

Had to try this one, even though Torchbearer sauces are sometimes too insanely hot for my family. This has just enough heat and the pickle flavor is fresh and vibrant.

Since Dickies BBQ (?) was just shared here. Here's the brisket my company bought for employee appreciation day.

Opened my half pound container to find whatever the eff this was. Called the manager and he straight up told me it was perfectly rendered and his customers love it cooked this way.

EDIT: THIS WAS PURCHASED FROM DICKIES. My company did not cook this for us.

Why haven't I heard of this? No Reservations CHANNEL on Amazon Prime. Bourdain all day.

You're welcome if you haven't heard of this.

If you have heard of this, I'm angry with you for not sharing. 😂 🔪

Cooked for a few friends yesterday. The fried egg add was a hit! Don't forget to make BBQ fun and interesting.

BGE medium. The brisket barely fit. 😂
