Star Wars gives every side character a series and plot hole a movie. Star Trek has some of the most interesting characters just sitting there not being used while the writers keep retelling different versions of Star Trek history. I need more of Commander Shran yelling about how much Archer owes him. Forget the pink skins and show us what the Andorians did in the creation of the Federation. Now that I’m thinking about it, if they need to keep revisiting the well for origin stories, give us a show where each season retells how a race initially comes into contact with the pink skins and how the relationship develops.

Not so much a complaint as a question to see if I’m missing something. I’ll grab a sprite and play to max it out which last season didn’t seem too bad, especially with quack snacks. Now it seems like a slog. I’ve gotten to the point where I’ll start the game with a level 1 sprite I want to upgrade then need to extract the sprite at a high level 3 or just when it turns level 4 because I’m at the endgame around that point. Before that I’d try to go for max in one game then get blasted before extracting it. Figure next game load in with it and quickly max and extract. Am I missing something that replaced the quack snack or some other way of speeding up gaining levels?

I collected all 117, thanks in very large part to some good friends I play with, and am working on leveling them up. So now that I have them all, rare sprites are popping up left and right. Sprites I could never find when I was missing them. It was so common today it got me wondering if there’s some trigger where once you don’t need them they drop more often for you.

Anyone upgraded from a CX to C6H? If I missed any previous posts, apologies in advance. Just want some takes on the performance and visual improvements. The 77” C6H has already dropped from $3900 to $2700 at Costco. I’ve got plans to eventually upgrade the TV and install an over fireplace mount at the same time. The C6H obviously looks fantastic in Costco running visual images designed specifically for the TV.

I enjoyed some aspects of Dark Fate and felt there was the possibility for a much better movie. Today I see this deleted scene where Sarah talks to Carl’s wife who says she knows what Carl is and what’s he’s done but he’s loved and to bring him back. “Look, I know he’s a skin covered robot who murdered your son but he’s a great person now.” I’m guessing it was planned to really ram down the viewers throat about Carl’s transformation but cutting that nonsense was at least one small mercy.

This is probably just me venting to the universe. Anyone with a mid-teens van that went through a spate of issues and then it settled down? We’re at 140,000 miles and it’s acting like it belongs in a retirement home. I’m playing whack a mole with issues. We have an ongoing battle with one side door that almost never stays shut so we switched to only using one. Dealership couldn’t diagnose the issue because of course the door worked fine for them. When the other door wouldn’t stay shut I told my wife to go the next day and buy a new vehicle. Luckily when we forced it to close, it stopped having the issue. Alternator is now being replaced. We had the timing belt, water pump etc done at 115,000. I’ve been replacing sensors and hoses as needed, the stuff I can do and save funds. This is our second Odyssey and the last one we traded in at 9 years due to needing front end work. Our minimum timeframe for a vehicle is 10 tears before trade-in but the stuff out there now is overpriced and has shit reliability. May be jumping from frying pan into the fire.

This is a question about German Logistic capacity so I’m hoping it’s not a violation of rule 15 against what if’s I’m asking this because I’d like opinions from people who are knowledgeable about German logistics. I have no interest in a hypothetical if they built more of something would it have changed anything.

Plenty has been spoken and written about inefficiencies in German tank manufacturing both due to their production methods and focus on heavier, more expensive tanks to the detriment of additional production of units like the Panzer IV and stuG. The comparisons are of costs, materials used, and labor hours to produce one vs the other.

The question is, if Germany had done those things, moved to more efficient manufacturing earlier, focused on less costly and easier to produce models, could the rest of the supply chain have kept up with the increase? Oil was always Germany’s Achilles heel so if they made three StuGs instead of one Tiger I(just throwing those numbers out) could they even fuel that many additional units? Rail capacity had to be running at its limits already and got worse as the allies attacked it but I’m less sure about how much of a constraint that would be. Another major factor would be trained crews. Could Germany have found the manpower and ramped up training to meet the needs of the additional units. This also goes back to fuel issues because those additional crews would be burning more fuel for training.
