Onslaught possible QC issue:

I noticed stress marks and the plastic was pushing out at the left hip. I took it apart (2 screws) and noticed one of the ratchet clickers was warped and wasn't sitting flush. I held and pressed it gently with a pair of pliers under hot water for a minute or so, then cold water to set it. Afterwards it fit properly. I'll update if I notice anything else.
