Business owners of Sri Lanka, what’s the most annoying part of running your operation?
I build software and automation tools, and before I go off and build something nobody asked for, I’d rather just ask: what actually eats your time?
I’m thinking about the boring stuff. Manually entering data, chasing payments, copying things between WhatsApp, Excel and email, generating invoices, managing inventory, replying to the same customer questions 50 times a day. The tasks you wish would just… do themselves.
A few things I’m curious about:
- What’s one repetitive task you’d happily never do again?
- Is there software you currently use that frustrates you, or that’s too expensive or too “built for the West” to fit local needs?
- Is there a tool you’ve wished existed but couldn’t find?
