Moving to the Southwest USA in a high elevation area and need suggestions for my wardrobe ☀️

I am moving from the Appalachian mountains to rural New Mexico, and need suggestions for building my capsule wardrobe. I am traveling across the country and will be hitting up thrift stores along the way this week. What are your must-haves & how do you fit them together? I have two pairs of jeans, one jean short, lots of tanks, a couple T-shirts, long sleeve merino tops, wool sweaters, cotton blend hoodie, blundtone boots, outdoor sandals, linen skirt and dress.. Feels like I need more lightweight layers for both the sun and evening chill. Thank you!

I would describe my style as very casual, rigid black or indigo denim, natural linen, black or brown cotton tops, androgynous, petite hourglass.. I like really basic garments and add excitement with jewelry and accessories.

colors: black, grey, brown, blue + silver or brass jewelry

What was in the water at Dagmar WMA?

I slept at Dagmar last night while traveling through Arkansas for the first time, and there was some kind of fish (?) that kept making big ripples and splashes in the water. Any idea what species they were? I was along a fairly open section of river.

Should I release my tongue tie ?

Last photo shows my side profile. I have unsuccessfully tried mewing, and sleep with mouth tape every night. Feels like there's nothing else I can due to curb my tongue position.

I am bare-faced in the pics above (minus lip balm in the second) and hoping for everyday makeup suggestions. I've been dabbling with lengthening mascaras, a curler, and nude lip liners and gloss. I've been liking it all but find that it's super easy to look overdone.. Even if my mascara is a little heavy or if I use black instead of brown, it seems to overwhelm my low contrast features. I'd love to try more for my brows, eyeliner, lips, etc, and would love tips for getting more comfortable wearing makeup out / finding looks that flatter my features?

P.s. I posted the other day but am hoping for advice more specific to my face.. Thanks <3

I always love when I see someone who effortlessly wears the same signature makeup look everyday no matter what they're up to. There someone at the food co-op who always looks very casual in red lipstick, and someone else in my small town who wears winged eyeliner even when she's whitewater rafting. I'd really like to find my own look, something that lasts all day and suits my face seamlessly. I've been trying to wear brown-nude lip liner but I wonder what other things I could try out (or make it last longer.) I have low contrast features, fair and cool toned skin if that helps!

Black, red, orange, green, blue or purple?

Some of these cuts are very similar but I'm mostly focused on the hem line. I'd really like to leave all my shortest layers alone so they continue to grow.
