The "Zakopane" Boot - Handcrafted Green Suede & Lightweight EVA Sole

Hey everyone,

Just finished this new pair straight from my bench here in Tuscany, Italy, and they are up for grabs.

This is the "Zakopane" model. I wanted to build a men's boot that perfectly embodies our classic Tuscan footwear tradition, but with a bold, modern twist designed for everyday life.

I crafted the upper using a really durable, deep green suede, and I matched it with contrasting red stitching to give it a strong, punchy character. On the inside, they are fully lined with incredibly soft white calf leather, which makes them super breathable and comfortable right out of the box.

A few quick details:

- Size: EU 43 (Fits true to size)

- Sole: Ultra-lightweight white EVA lug sole (with that nice red contrast stitch for maximum comfort and cushioning)

- Details: Heavy-duty metal speed hooks, hiking laces, and the hand-stitched Italian flag on the heel.

Price is €379.

I ship worldwide directly from Italy (just shoot me a PM with your location and I’ll get you an exact shipping quote).

Every single edge, cut, and stitch was done by hand. If you have any questions or just want to chat about the build, feel free to send me a DM! 🛠️ boots

[Project] Working on a custom pair of green suede sneakers. Here’s how the upper comes together.

Hey everyone, just wanted to share a little raw behind-the-scenes video from the bench.

I’m crafting a new custom pair of sneakers using this beautiful green suede. In the clip, you can see some of the prep work: from hand-marking the stitching lines to sewing the embroidered panels, and finally hammering down the edges after lining to keep everything as flat and clean as possible.

I really love how that punchy yellow pop contrasts with the green suede texture. Left a quick peek of the finished custom shoe at the very end.

Let me know what you think of the process! 🛠️👟

Getting the pattern placement right on this comic leather was a puzzle, but happy with the final result.

Hey everyone, just wanted to share this latest build.

The upper is an exclusive comic-print calf leather with black and gold accents along the edges. It's fully lined with soft white calfskin. The rubber cupsole is both glued and stitched, and I spent some extra time hand-coloring the stitching channels white to keep the look seamless with the sole.

Let me know what you think of the execution! 🙌

Handcrafted "Lucca" Comic-Print Calf Leather Sneakers

Hey everyone! I’m proud to share my latest completed build: the "Lucca" sneakers.

This model embodies the perfect balance between Tuscan artisanal excellence and a contemporary aesthetic designed for daily comfort. Each pair is entirely handcrafted by me in Italy.

Because of the exclusive comic-print pattern, each shoe turns out as a completely unique, unrepeatable piece — the arrangement of the graphics makes it impossible to replicate the exact same appearance twice.

Technical Specifications:

Upper: Premium calf leather featuring an exclusive comic-print graphic (vintage romance style).

Accents: Sophisticated black and gold leather details along the edges and panels.

Lining: Soft white calf leather throughout the interior for a comfortable, breathable fit.

Sole: Durable white rubber cupsole, both stitched and glued for maximum resilience.

Special Details: Hand-colored stitching channels in white to ensure perfect visual harmony, and the signature "PS" logo branded on the back tab for authenticity.

I'm really happy with how the pattern alignment and the edge work turned out on this pair. Would love to hear your thoughts and feedback on the build! 🙌

Looking back at this pair of black calfskin sneakers I crafted a while ago. Thoughts on the finish?

Hey everyone, just wanted to share a project I completed a while back!

These are fully handcrafted in premium black calfskin, lined with soft white calfskin for a sharp contrast. To keep the silhouette as clean and sleek as possible, I spent hours hand-coloring the stitching channels in black before the final assembly and lasting.

Added some unique details like a gold embroidered crown on the heel tab, a gold-piped edge, and custom inner ventilation eyelets creating a tiny Italian tricolor flag.

Looking back at them, I'm still really happy with the edge work and overall finish. Would love to hear your feedback!

Just finished making these black calfskin sneakers with a gold embroidered crown and hand-colored stitching channels. What do you think?

I wanted to challenge myself by creating a clean, minimalist sneaker but with very rich, subtle details.

The upper is made from a premium black calfskin leather, paired with a matching matte black sole. To keep the lines completely seamless and clean, I spent hours hand-coloring the stitching channels in black before the final assembly.

For the details, I went with a golden embroidered crown on the heel tab, a gold-piped edge, and added three custom ventilation eyelets on the inner side to create a tiny Italian tricolor flag. The interior is fully lined with soft white calfskin for comfort and contrast.

I'm really happy with how this elegant, stealthy look turned out. Would love to hear your feedback on the finish!

Orange and electric blue. Bold choice, but I think it works.

Title: Latest handmade build: Our "Vinci" model in orange suede & electric blue.

I’ve been experimenting with bolder color combinations lately, and this orange suede version of our Vinci line is definitely one of my favorites so far.

Instead of going for a completely monochrome look, I wanted to break up the warmth of the orange suede with a sharp pop of electric blue on the top eyelet. The stitching channels are entirely hand-colored in orange to match the upper, keeping the lines clean so the blue accent and the white calfskin lining can really stand out.

The back features a clean, subtle heat-embossed logo directly on the suede heel.

Just wanted to share how this build turned out! For anyone curious about the specs:

- Upper: Premium orange suede

- Lining: Full white calfskin leather

- Details: Hand-colored stitching channels & custom tricolor ventilation eyelets

Let me know what you think of the blue/orange contrast!

Wanted to share these "Roma" sneakers I finished recently in emerald green nubuck

Hey guys,

Wanted to share a pair I finished working on recently—our "Roma" model. I'm really happy with how this green nubuck version turned out; the texture feels incredible and the tone-on-tone green stitching really highlights the pattern lines.

I spent a lot of time getting the details right on this one. The edges of the green nubuck were hand-dyed in white to match the calfskin heel counter and create a sharp, clean contrast. For the branding, it features a clean heat-embossed logo on the outer side and an embroidered golden crown on the back. Inside, they are fully lined with buttery-soft white calfskin, and I also added three custom ventilation eyelets on the inner side to make the Italian tricolor.

This specific pair is a size EU 42 and I'm asking $405 USD (€379) + shipping.

Would love to hear what you guys think of the color choice, or answer any questions if you are curious about the heat-embossing process on nubuck!

Custom wide-fit sneakers (+1cm to the ball). Kept them on the modified lasts for 5 days so the leather would really lock in the shape.

Hey guys,

Wanted to show you a recent pair I finished for a client with very wide feet. He loved this pattern but needed a major tweak: adding a full centimeter across the ball of the foot.

Honestly, stretching the proportions that much on a standard sneaker last without making the toe box look bulky or messing up the whole silhouette was a bit of a headache. To make sure the leather actually memorized the new volume and wouldn't collapse after de-lasting, I decided to leave them on the modified lasts for a full 5 days.

A few quick details on the build:

- Upper: High-quality black suede with a unique dotted texture finish.

- Edges: Completely hand-dyed in black (sfili) to keep everything clean and harmonious.

- Lining: Smooth white calfskin for premium comfort.

- Ventilation: Put three functional brass eyelets on the inside to help the feet breathe and sweat less.

- Sole: Classic white rubber cupsole, glued and stitched.

(Sorry for the plain white studio background, just took some quick photos before boxing them up and shipping them out!).

I’m pretty happy with how the shape held up despite the extra width.

How do you guys usually handle this kind of volume scaling on sneaker lasts? Do you leave them on the lasts this long too? Would love to hear how you tackle it!

Hybrid hiking boots/sneakers I just finished in Italy. What do you guys think of this textured leather?

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share this hybrid pair I just took off the lasts here in my workshop in Italy.

I really wanted a rugged, mountain-boot vibe but with the comfort of a sneaker. I used this heavily textured, shrunk-grain leather for the body—I absolutely love how deep the grain is on this hide. For the ankle area, I paired it with a soft brown suede collar so it doesn't rub.

Everything is fully lined with calfskin. For the hardware, I went with classic heavy-duty D-rings and speed hooks to keep that trekking look.

Would love to hear your thoughts or answer any questions about how I put these together!

[OC] Quick look at the stitching process in the workshop: machine work vs. hand stitching.

Hey everyone! Wanted to share a short clip showing a bit of the daily action from the workbench.

The video cuts between setting up some precise decorative lines with the sewing machine and doing some detailed hand-stitching on a textured crocodile-print leather panel.

I always find the transition between machine preparation and final hand-detailing to be the most satisfying part of the build.

What's your preferred method for tight corners like this? Do you trust your machine or always switch to hand-stitching for the tricky spots?
