Cluster headaches triggered again after a recent sinus sickness seems like. I recently moved to nyc and don’t have a neurologist to go to. Any recs?

My neurologist in Atlanta diagnosed me with the Clusters and prescribed me sumatriptan pills, injections and verapmil yearsss ago. Unfortunately I don’t have anything for relief right now so I been raw dogging it.

Couple years ago, I discovered chugging a Red Bull for relief. Tried that today, unfortunately didn’t work.

Feels like I tried everything. They usually last up to 3 hours. I tried melatonin, oxygen in can, vitamin d3, nettipots, nothing worked.

Any thoughts or just words of support are appreciated 🥹

Just spent time analyzing Hertz’s official Peak Dates calendar across multiple major locations (LGA, LAX, ATL, PHL), and the pattern is impossible to ignore. Hertz has effectively eliminated the ability to redeem a Standard 7-Day Free Weekly Rental (4,750 points) in major markets.
Here is how the trap works:

1. Continuous Summer Blackouts: Locations like PHL have solid 10-week continuous Peak blocks (June 21 – August 29), and LAX has a 6-week continuous block. If you try to book any 7-day period during the summer, it hits a Peak date.
2. The "Every Weekend" Trap: At hubs like LGA and ATL, Hertz flagged almost every single Friday and Saturday as a Peak Start Date for the entire year.
3. The System Flaw: Because Hertz’s rules state that if a 7-day reservation touches even ONE Peak day, the entire weekly rate auto-upgrades to Peak Pricing (9,500 points).
   Since a 7-day rental mathematically must cross a weekend, putting Peak tags on every weekend or laying down multi-month summer blocks guarantees that a 4,750-point 7-day rental is literally impossible to book in these major markets.
   They still market "Free Weekly Rentals starting at 4,750 points" on their site, but behind the scenes, they’ve quietly altered the calendar to double the point cost to 9,500 points everywhere that matters.
   Check your local airport's peak calendar before trying to save up for a weekly reward—you’re likely going to get hit with the 9.5k double penalty regardless of when you book.
