Went to the concert yesterday and I just want to say I’m super jealous of people who got $150 tickets!

I paid $550 for mine to be sat at the bridge. But I also didn’t know they release tickets at the box office 😭😭 I wish I had another day in NY

BUT to everyone going tonight!! It will be incredible especially it’s the anniversary of The Man I Need!!!

Have fun!!! Dance a lot!!!

I feel so insecure about my eyes.

Got diagnosed with Graves and TED in April of this year.

Only one eye got affected which is my right eye. My face looks like this o.O whenever I’m taking pictures or looking at myself in the mirror.

It’s suck, I felt so confidence because I lost weight & I felt so good about myself until I realize it was all the symptoms of Graves Disease.

Now I’ve gained 10lbs and I don’t feel the same way, I’m tired, I just want to lay down and do nothing.

I want to date and meet others but my eyes are making me hella insecure. I look like I’m shocked all the time, some days are better than others but man really hate this.

Been stuck at my job for 4 years.

I work as a manual tester for a FAANG company. Been here 4 years and waited for a promotion even tho I’ve exceeded beyond my performance at this level according to my manager there are no promotions due to the market and maybe next year there will be room for promotions in the org. Heard it every year and even so I applied and applied and got interviewed and no luck. I just want to quit at this point but I have student loans so I cannot.

Do you have any advice on how I can possibly get a job? I know it’s been difficult for everyone but I feel stuck af and it’s putting me down.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Information System Management
No certs
4 years of manual tester with a small amount of automation (selenium, python, appium)
I’ve been the team leader, led stand up & unblock others.
Somewhat experience with AWS services like Athena, S3, Lambda
Experienced creating productivity tools to lessen manual effort using AI.

How do I become more securely attached instead of feeling needy in relationships?

I’ve 28F realized that whenever I’m in a relationship, I get attached really fast. My last relationship only lasted about 4 months, but I found myself constantly wanting him to text me, reassure me, and spend every weekend together since we lived an hour apart. Looking back, I don’t like how much my mood depended on his attention. I don’t want to be the person who’s always waiting for a text or needing constant reassurance to feel secure. I want to be able to love someone while still feeling confident and independent. Has anyone else struggled with this? How did you become more securely attached and stop feeling so needy or anxious in relationships?

Given that my ex of 4 months was very nonchalant & not affectionate at all which drove me insane. He was not my person & ended it there. But I also notice that with my 8 year relationship, I did the same thing in the first 2 years of our relationship. Wanting him to text me & hangout all the time, like I was so needy lol I’m taking a while to put myself together & not have this cycle.

Did anyone face changes?

I was diagnosed in April. Lost a lot of weight 10lbs, I was very weak couldn’t even lift, sweating a lot and lots of moodiness.

I was hospitalized because one eye was bigger than the other so they wanted to do a CT scan etc, ran lots of test. I was on 30mg of Methimazole from April-June.

June I was on 15mg, thyroid levels are back to normal except my TSH. I’ve noticed I have gained back the 10lbs I’ve lost, but my face is noticeably puffy like my cheeks, and my eyes are looking big. I bloat very easily. It’s making me insecure and not confident at all. In pictures, I look like I’m staring or I’m shocked 😭

I’ve been running 2-3 times a week and 2-3 times a week of weight lifting. I will say I haven’t been consistent because there are days I’m exhausted. Eating, I count my calories on the weekdays but the weekends are usually my cheat days.

Do you guys think I’m going towards hypothyroidism? I’m doing my lab tomorrow, it has been 6 weeks of me being on 15mg of Methimazole & honestly I hate it. My face has changed and it’s just messing with me.

TSH: <.005
T4: .74
T3: 2.7

Has anyone recovered without Tepezza or surgery?

I was recently diagnosed with Graves in April. I’ve been on methimazole for 3 months now, my last labs my thyroid levels are back to normal except my TSH with was pretty low. I’m on 15mg of methimazole now, I used to be at 30mg.

First symptoms I notice were really my eyes. My right eye is bigger than the other. Tbh it wasn’t too bad, I wasn’t noticing it as much but then eventually it got much more noticeable and decided to go to the doc.

It’s been 3 months of getting methimazole & I’ve notice my eyes and face are much more puffier. My eyes are more bulgy & noticeable, in picture my eyes look like I’m shocked or I have a staring look. It’s making me insecure af. I’ve also gained weight about 10lbs.

I wake up with my eyes hella dry and gritty. I’m taping them now to make sure my eyes are fully closed.

I really want to get better naturally. I’ve heard that methimazole is not good long term & Tepezza has a ton of side effects which is why my doctor is not recommending it for me since my symptoms are mild. She wants my thyroid to be stabilize & see how my eyes are after a couple months of stabilization. She suggested eye retraction surgery once my thyroid levels are okay if it’s still noticeable.

Just wondering if anyone has recovered naturally. Did you levels stabilized and eventually the eyes went back to normal? If so, did you change your lifestyle especially with food?

Anyone successfully lost weight?

28F, got diagnosed in April 2026. Been on Methimazole ever since it was 30mg, now it’s 15mg. Thyroid levels are normal.

I was 114 when I got diagnosed, so skinny and so weak at the time. I didn’t realize I had graves because I was training for a marathon at the time.

Now I’m 128lbs, which I really don’t like. I’m puffier and my stomach is bigger. The clothes I’m wearing is tighter. My face is really noticeable fatter.

I’m running 3x a week 2-4 miles. Weights 2x a week. Portion all my food, eat about 1700 cal a day.

I just can’t seem to lose any weight, when I eat I bloat so fast.

Any advice or tips?

Anyone with thyroid eye disease? Has it gotten better once thyroid levels has stabilized?

Got diagnose a month & a half ago, first thing I notice were my eyes getting big.

It has gone down ever since I’m on meds but it’s on & off. My eyes are big one day, some days it looks better.

Just did my blood works couple days ago and everything is normal levels now.

My eye doctor who specializes in TED said we have to wait until your thyroid stablizes and wait a couple more weeks or months to see if it will normalize because eyes usually don’t show signs of improvement until you’ve had a stablized thyroid for a months. Medication or treatment was not an option for me because she said it’s only Mild, but I’m also not interested in doing Tepezza due to the side effects.

Just curious if anyone has had TED and has it gone back to normal once your thyroid levels have normalize?
