How to deal with work snitches. I’ve had my fair share of seeing people getting snitched on at work now I’m having a disciplinary meeting… for alleged sleeping on the job 😂 my eyes are just low but oh well. Do people not know how to mind their own business anymore?

They emailed me saying it’s about my sick days. But my manager is saying it’s because of the “sleeping”.

Someone let me know if it’s valid to argue with this girl at work.
We’ve had an argument already like 2 weeks ago now,, now she’s going around telling my coworkers that I’m lazy. Idk who she’s talking about because it can’t be me.
