I’m on community control in Florida. Ankle monitor, the highest supervision I’m pretty sure.

I called the county next to mine because I was suspicious of someone trying to get me in trouble. They confirmed a report was made in April accusing me of stealing something at someone’s residence. My name, address, and phone number are documented on the report under “offender”.

I have not done shit. I’ve been an absolute angel. I don’t even live in that county, and my ankle monitor data will show I was home. My PO is also very cool.

Should I be worried about a violation? I’m pretty sure ANY accusation is considered a violation. But if there’s concrete proof I did not do this, they won’t violate me right? Like my PO would clearly be like “but he wasn’t even there at the time” so she would think about it first before violating me right??

I am going to give her the report and let her know, but I just wanted to see if anyone has some advice to provide

The “victim” is actually the perpetrator, and he’s also on probation, and he has assaulted and seriously injured me in the past

I am a victim of a serious hate crime situation. I have clear, direct, and organized evidence that shows a pattern of hate, physical violence, and a dangerous situation that would absolutely classify as a hate crime, times ten.

I have not told anyone about it yet or reported it because I have a very recent criminal history on my record due to a short period of substance abuse.

I’m sober now, but this dangerous situation is still happening. I’ve been seriously injured multiple times and I am scared for my life. I don’t know if reporting it will cause attention to my criminal record.

I recently received threats from someone who has previously threatened me an seriously injured me multiple times. I am scared.

I filed a restraining order after he assaulted me, but was never served because I don’t have his address.

Then he filed one against me claiming I was stalking him and showed up to his job (I was on a trip out of town and he didn’t know that, and I had not contacted him a single time)

No one cares about this or knows how serious it is. I prepared an evidence packet, with strong evidence. Medical records, photographs, video recordings taken during the assault, audio recordings of him saying he is actually gonna hurt me and it’s “gonna be worse than last time”, several months before the second assault that caused very bad injuries to my face.

I have failed myself by not handling this properly in the past. I have 8 police reports on this person, and when asked if I want to press charges, I say yes and I sign the paper work. But they NEVER arrest him.

This person will not leave me alone. He has shown up to my house and just robs me. He bullies me and makes me send him money or he says he will beat me and I’ve sent him a lot of money. Thousands of dollars.

The police don’t take me seriously, they think that i continue to “hang out” with him so they never take it seriously.

But with the evidence put together, it shows a very strong pattern of violence that I want to have documented somehow. I cannot live like this anymore. I just need someone to read it and they will understand.

I have a criminal defense attorney, who just told me to “move on” from this. I blocked him. And he continued to contact me on WhatsApp saying “I can’t wait to see you I’m gonna beat your ass”

How can I report this? I called my local PD, they would not allow me to add a supplemental report. I have a organized narrative, with 20 exhibits supporting the two assaults. It does not contain ALL evidence for every interaction or crime.

What do I do? This person is a really really bad person.

I’m M 27 and he is M 32. We are not gay or in a relationship.

I’ve been using ChatGPT plus for a while and honestly it has been very helpful in so many ways. I really have been making use of it and have been using it for literally everything. On another account I found out I was being charged monthly for Codex 20 times so I immediately canceled my plus plan and started to use the pro account.

It’s been over a month and whatever I freaking do it does not work well. Every single task I ask it to do it gets stuck in a loop I can’t figure out why the models don’t work the same. The settings are exactly the same as my previous plan and I’m really struggling to value it as much as I did my plan. Especially because the price I’m paying.

I have tried everything for almost two months. I have put the same personalization as my other account I have changed to different models and settings, but the workflow always fails and either it says it can’t do the task or it just does it completely wrong which pisses me off. Every damn time. My other account NEVER does that.

Even using my previous account as a free version, the responses are much better quality. A major difference.

I have been going in circles over and over again trying to get it to improve it’s performance and literally I’m at the point where nothing I can do is going to fix this issue. I asked Codex to count how many times it said “I’m sorry, you’re right,” and it said that 202 times in the past two months. Something is up with it. I just really don’t know what to do it’s very frustrating and I know there must be some sort of reason or custom instruction that will completely fix this issue but I just cannot figure it out and I don’t know I really need some advice on this thank you.

I have been using it to make several websites, and it’s been doing alright with that. But I expected it to atleast do what a plus plan can do. And Google ai studio did WAY better at building a website. It took one hour to do what took me a week to do with codex. I don’t know if I’m using it wrong or what.

I submit a weekly schedule where we have to list “home” and “work” each week. Times we can leave to work, and Time we have to be home by basically.

We are not required to list exact departure times, when/where we stop for gas, or which route we take to work. We just have to be home on time and that’s basically it.

I really had to go to urgent care, so I stopped at an urgent care that was directly on the way to work. I was there for about 30 minutes. I did not change my route at all and it was located as I passed my normal route to work. I needed medical treatment and I stopped to get it looked at. This was a month ago, and I’m now realizing that it could be a violation. I really did not even think twice about it, very upset at myself.

Would this be considered a violation? If they did find out, or if I tell them honestly and provide them the medical records and say the truth. I just would like to know what is likely to happen

I just logged into ChatGPT on my work email, I saw that I have been charged $200 a month for the Pro 20x plan for 7 months on auto pay bro…. That’s $1,400

I just made a website, which I plan to start a business with. It’s a solid business idea, and it has potential to become very big. I’m excited.

When choosing a domain name, I decided to use .space. My website is designed for business professionals and law firms. I wasn’t sure if .space could be trusted.

But .space fits REALLY well with the theme of my service. It’s an online workspace, so I love the .space vibe to it.

But I realize that I never have seen it before. It seems generally trusted overall, not fully. But I think it’s such a cool domain, why don’t more people use this?

I’m really considering branching out and keeping this space domain for a more general service, and moving the business platform to another .com domain since people tend to trust it more. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

So I am currently in the process of organizing evidence for court. My attorney wants me to put everything together. This relationship/ friendship was over the past two years. I was assaulted and severely injured in September 2025 and April 2024. I have gathered very detailed and strong evidence for these two assaults, but I want to know: should I include evidence that is focused on these two assaults? Or should I include every single incident, and explain the full context?

I organized the narrative to be very evidence- based. It’s 87 pages of just evidence. One page narrative. This is only evidence to support the two assaults.

But I have about 13 police reports, hundreds of text messages, many videos showing other violent situations.

I just feel like there are a lot of gaps in between these two assaults. It brings up a lot of questions. But when explained further, and the full timeline is presented,it all makes sense and explains everything I have been dealing with. But it’s ALOT of stuff. My attorney said victim evidence is not heavily restricted, and courts tend to allow victims to gather evidence however they feel is best for their situation.

I just don’t know if I should include the entire scope of abuse, or just the two assaults.

Is it true that if you pop someone’s tire, like with a shank knife or something sharp enough, it would pop or explode really badly and possibly injure you?

Someone told me once in order to pop a tire you need to use a needle with a syringe and the air will slowly come out. I think that’s delusional but I am curious.

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some realistic advice from anyone who knows how hate crime reporting works.
I’m dealing with an ongoing situation with someone in FL. The violence is documented in police reports show a pretty serious pattern that's been escalating, but police have not arrested him and tell me I need to request prosecution though the state attorney which I don’t feel comfortable doing:

Aug 2024: We got into an argument, and I locked myself in the bathroom to get away. He forced his way inside and repeatedly hit me, and I was severely bruised with a hematoma on my thigh. He hit me so hard he broke his own hand and needed a cast.
Dec 2025: This was a random, unprovoked attack where he threw me to the ground and kept punching me in the face. My left eye was swollen completely shut with a burst blood vessel, my head had major swelling, and blood was pouring down my face.
These are the type of messages I received before during and after these attacks.
"Your finished [homophobic slur] boy... I will smack the five star dog ass out of you then bend you around and smack you again..."
“I hate [homophobic slur]s I fucking hate them” and “just like your dad hates you” “Feels bad for you that’s why he helps you” “He low key knows your a faggot” “Bc he feels bad for you” “That you like dick” It's a disgrace"

Direct audio recording saying: "I'm going to toss you around, bro, like your head's going to go through a fucking wall... You're going to be a changed man like all the other people when they went to the hospital. Changed nose forever for being a f******."
Constant texts telling me to "Go die" and directly threatening my life if I went to the police ("if you report me I will kill you").

That’s only a minor portion of it. But these are in writing, on text message from his phone number.

The text history does include instances where I engaged in a similar way, and to try to defend myself, I matched his energy verbally and sent abusive threats back to him. However, I have never been physically violent in any way, I'm not a violent person, and my responses were entirely reactive to being physically assaulted and threatened with my life.

I just want to know if this is considered a hate crime and if I should report it anonymously to the FBI or crime stoppers. I think it’s important this person is held accountable because I was severely injured and beat up TWO times and I feel so sure there will be a third. Idk what to do.

He actually hit me so hard he broke his own hand and had to wear a cast.
• December 2025 Incident: This was a random, unprovoked attack where he threw me to the ground and kept punching me in the face. My left eye was swollen completely shut with a burst blood vessel, my head had major swelling with three distinct lumps, and blood was pouring down my face. To make it worse, he was apparently out on bond for a separate drug related case when this happened.

Both incedents are documented in police reports but the police did not arrest him and asked me to request prosecution with the state attorney.

Because local police haven't been able to serve him or find his current address, I’m considering sending a factual, anonymous tip to the FBI or a state civil rights division to report this as a bias-motivated hate crime and interstate threat. I just don’t feel safe and not sure what to do anymore.

My questions:

1. Does the combination of severe physical assault, explicit anti-gay hate, and written violent threats cross the line into something federal investigators will actually prioritize? Or will they just filter it out and tell me it's a strictly local police issue?
2. Since he was out on bond when the last assault happened, does flagging this as a hate crime usually speed up coordination to get his bond revoked? He is now on probation so not sure how that works.
3. Is there anything I should watch out for or be careful about when submitting an anonymous tip like this?
   I just want to make sure I’m routing this information to the right place where it will actually be taken seriously. Or maybe I shouldn’t be reporting this, it just feels like a hate crime to me and I was seriously hurt two times. Any insight into how investigators look at these kinds of intersecting cases would mean a lot. Thanks
