My son and I are seeing Down this Thursday in Pittsburgh and are doing the VIP. I’m seeing some pics of the band behind the barrier and away from fans, and my vip email says there will be no signings, socially distanced etc.

We’ve done the BLS VIP before and for that they said “only one item”, but Zakk was super gracious and would sign pretty much whatever. We’re hoping that this will be similar for Down. So, if you did VIP, were you able to get a personal item signed?

Our septic system has a Zabel A300 Effluent Filter in the middle tank, and up until this year it's been a once a year deal to pull it and hose it off and reinstall it. Now - it seems like every other month I check the tanks and that tank is filled up above the filter by a fair amount and I need to pull it and hose it off again. Seems odd that for the first few years it was like a once a year deal and now it's suddenly clogging up practically every other month. Any ideas why, or if this is a precursor to a bigger issue I should investigate?

What is the consensus on the battery warmer on a Kohler RCA 26?

My installer isn’t a fan and says they degrade battery life and invite rodents.

Having service done today and he’s installing the cold weather kit (we had startup issues this past winter like many others) - but unless I tell him otherwise, he’s not doing battery warmer.

I just don’t want to be kicking myself come January or February for not having the battery warmer installed as well. We are in PA so it does get cold.

It's been driving me crazy - but to me the guitar around the 43 second and on mark seems to be a nod to Flirtin' With Disaster by Molly Hatchet. Is it just me - or am I correct?

One our Apple TV 4Ks has suddenly stopped recognizing that it’s plugged into Ethernet. Confirmed with laptop that the Ethernet jack is providing Internet.

I’ve tried forgetting the WiFi network it was connected to and restarted/pulled power cable multiple times. Is the Ethernet port dead? Any other suggestions?

I have a REOLINK Video Doorbell WiFi 2K Wired Camera, 4:3 Wide View Outdoor Camera that lost it's wifi connection to my network and will not reconnect. I have a Deco Mesh system at my home with like 6 various units - one of which is like 15 feet from the doorbell. I am not using the Home Hub Pro network - but a specific 2.4ghz network I have set up in my Deco system for all the iot type devices we have.

Short of me having to pull it off it's mount and manually reset it - is there a simple way to try and get it to reconnect to the wireless network? Nothing happens when I try to do it through the app. This happens several times a year with just the doorbell and is getting frustrating as it's usually a huge pain to even get the camera to scan the QR code to readd it to my Home Hub Pro.

I'd appreciate any tips.

So I have 4 AirTags- one for each vehicle in our household. I have shared 2 of them with my wife and ever since I’ve done that 1 of those shared AirTags does not update location for me - or if it does it is very sporadic. Both shared AirTags show up for my wife on her phone perfectly without fail.

I have a pro max 16 and she has a pro max 15. Both are updated to latest iOS. I’ve tried comparing all the Find My related settings on each of our phones and every is the same. I am completely stumped as to why this 1 AirTag started behaving this way pretty much as soon as I shared it with my wife. Any ideas?
