Question for American millennials

Littered with potholes throughout and a canyon spanning the width at the intersection. It looks like someone was playing pogo stick with a jackhammer. It's absolutely ridiculous, dangerous, and something needs to be done.

Walking is now an involuntary action when on your feet. You actively need to keep still when you want/need to.

I was arrested, but never taken in. I time skipped to me being away from the police and out of cuffs, but due to the rules of this world. I was still under arrest. Which meant even my phone stayed in my possession. I couldn't use it because service is cut off until the case is resolved. I didn't believe the people telling me this. so I looked down and saw the top half of my phone, app layout and all, and confirmed the 🚫 for no service symbol was active. I got frustrated that I couldn't call anyone and looked again. Then realized I couldn't notify anyone to look after my dog. Which is what woke me up.
