I accepted my TCS Offer Letter (OL) on 4 February 2026, but I still haven't received any clear update regarding the next steps or joining process.

I keep receiving multiple emails/messages from TCS Xplore, but I'm confused about what exactly I need to do and which activities are mandatory.

Can someone who has already gone through the process please guide me on:

  1. What needs to be completed after accepting the OL?
  2. Are the TCS Xplore courses/activities mandatory?
  3. Do I need to complete anything on the TCS NextStep/ILP portal?
  4. What is the process for BGC, NSR, Joining Letter (JL), and onboarding?
  5. Is anyone else from the same timeline still waiting for their joining update?

I would really appreciate it if someone could explain the process step by step. I'm completely confused about what I should be doing right now. Thank you!

Clarification Regarding "No Face Detected" Warnings

Could you clarify something for me? During my assessment, I received multiple "No Face Detected" warnings. Will I be automatically disqualified because of these repeated warnings, or are they simply alerts unless they indicate suspicious activity?

I Feel Stuck in My Own Mind

For the past few months, I've started noticing some patterns in my life. I can't seem to focus on one thing. I start multiple tasks but often leave them unfinished. I'll stop halfway through one task, switch to something completely different, and then leave that unfinished too.

Another thing I've noticed is that my mind doesn't encourage me to get things done. Instead, my inner voice often convinces me not to do them. Lately, this has been bothering me a lot.

I'm also aware of my own limitations as well as my strengths and talents, but somehow they've become barriers instead of motivation. Even simple chores feel difficult, and I often feel too lazy to do them.

What should I do to grow out of this messed-up situation?

Is the Tech Job Market in Kerala Really This Tough for Freshers?

Hi everyone,

I'm a fresher looking for an entry-level software development role in Kerala, and I wanted to understand the current hiring situation from people who are already in the industry.

Over the past few months, I've been actively applying for roles through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor, company career pages, and a few other job portals. Despite applying consistently and tailoring my resume, I haven't had much success. Most applications either remain in "Under Review" for months or don't receive any response at all.

I'm mainly looking for developer roles (MERN, React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python/FastAPI, or other full-stack/backend positions). I'm an immediate joiner and open to working anywhere in Kerala or relocating if needed.

So I wanted to ask:

  • Is the tech job market in Kerala currently this difficult for freshers?
  • Where are companies actually hiring from these days? Are there platforms or communities I'm missing?
  • Are referrals becoming more important than applying through job portals?
  • If you were in a similar situation, what helped you land your first job?

If anyone knows of companies hiring entry-level developers or is willing to refer a fresher, I'd really appreciate it. Even suggestions on where to look or what to improve would be a huge help.

Thanks in advance!
