Lard took a bath today! Tried to find signs of MBD but doesn’t seem to have it. he sits around the same place and spins around. no droopy jaw n legs. Got the 5.0 UVB set up today.

Mr beerbelly was a big eater today and ate 4 buge. i tried to put closer to him and he ate half way from the tongs. glad that i didn’t overreact.
mr beerbelly is one month old but hes still a tinybelly :D also got enclosure upgrade
hes a weird little freg that isnt really fregging. he likes to explore the enclosure very active at night and also prefers still food where he eats if he feels like it. also no sign of biting. im thinking for making a bowl for him to easily eat out from because leaf plate is kinda crooked sometimes.

been like a month since i upgraded my pede galaxy destroyers enclosure. i was really worried about the substrate but she seems doing very fine exploring and munching on the mushrooms that sprout sometimes.
Hello this is my female halloween hisser alien queen (shes the only female and is WAY bigger than the other ones) and shes def prego. what do i do with her now? should move her colony in a separate container because i do have mixed enclosure.
So im thinking of raising white tree frog tadpoles around next summer. i already have basic aquarium equipment that id be able to use. BUT the final boss is my dad i already have many pets that im taking care of but i can never have enough froggies. GUYS PLEEEAAASE HELP ME FIND AN EXCUSE OR CONVINCE HIM (i cannot use science project as an excuse btw 💔)
For the past weeks ive been worried because i haven’t seen beerbelly eat. i tried different methods as suggested but didn’t work at all and put all the bet on that he hunts for himself. once at attempt of a tong feeding ive accidentally hurt the bug and i just put it in front of the burrow hoping its an easy pray. the bug was gone but i didn’t know if he ate it or it just escaped. so a day later (today) ive tried that again i beheaded a bug and put it infront of the burrow. after a few minutes after i was gone i came back and saw the bug gone. my intelligent little amazing cute boy beerbelly is a delicate shy eater im so proud of him. saw him open his mouth and do a big satisfying gulp with his eyes closed

Hi this is maimai. got her a week ago but i can’t help but notice their shell is kinda rough looking. is this something like calcium deficiency?
UGH I LOVE HIM SO MUCH HES SO CUTE. he’s the best decision i’ve made ever. i thought about getting a snake or a gecko but didn’t think id ever come back home with an unplanned froggy. he found his favorite spot and im trying to tongfeed him but he’s not really getting a hang of it (tried different methods too). for now he has some live food in his enclosure to snack on and he doesn’t really seem to have problems with eating the substrate along. im assuming he was a week old when i got him. Im happy to learn some tips if there is some to improve

this is beerbelly and i just got him from a convention. not really sure but he looks kinda underweight for me. i got him to eat a roach tho. current setup looks like this with heater on the side. is this all okay?
after many failed enclosure (ahem 3x) i finnally got it right. its large and deep enough for my pede and has NO COCOSOIL (wohoo). gave the other enclosure to my roaches they’re happy

i have a giant african pede and failed 3x to make a proper enclosure and i want to make this to my final attempt. im getting completely new substrate. i can maximum fit in 25cm of soil in here but preferably 20 to have a little more space for surface (previously it was 15). i also have an alternative that could go deeper but has 1/3 less space. the milllipede is ~15-18 long and is mostly surfacedewlling. tips and advice please cuz last post i’ve made wasn’t really helpful nor nice
upgraded the enclosure again. i think galaxy destroyer is very happy with the result. (i might remove a few sticks)
Hello i need advice real bad. So theres my friend lets call her P shes a very kind person and a friend that is always there for me. I’ve met P some year ago right after i broke up with my „boyfriend“ we became close and got a little zesty. P showed me her other friend and i became friends with him too. next thing i know was that they where freaking too. after that i didn’t really want to interact in that way anymore but P started to demand love and got visibly upset if i didn’t tell that i love her. Recently she started to match pfp with another friend of mine and also got veeery touchy with him. i mean P is a very touchy person but sometimes i feel like that shes intentionally sexualizing it. she had many exes and did have freaky interactions with some of them also P has an oc that is an oblivious „selfincert“ that is in a „harem“ i dont know…. im starting to get disgusted when i see their face and want to be associated with her anymore. i kinda sound like an asshole but shes very very kind, i dont want to lose this friendship.
