After searching for a while, I was able to find yugo m76 with a original barrel in great condition and all the receiver section, so a re-weld can be done on the receiver. A guy just imported a batch of 10 or so these I think he still has some left.
I was installing the extended side rail. And I stripped the threads in the receiver for it. What’s the best way to go about fixing this. I was going to contact my local machine shop and see if they can just re-thread it for me and I will just have to use a bigger screw. Is there any other way any recommends fixing it That’s maybe easier?
What a country has m84 parts kit and mags in stock. If you’re a collector this is a really cool gun to get.
