It's a bit embarrassing but lately I have noticed that I've been snacking way more than I should be and a lot more than what's healthy. I'm not overweight, but I am noticing that I gain weight rapidly now with this habit. I find myself snacking the most when I am watching tv, working on homework, or doing any other sort of activity. I also tend to snack a lot when I'm stressed and when I'm not even hungry. Does anyone have any advice for what I can do to stop snacking so much?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 2 years now, and at first he was very lovely towards me and would plan dates, and compliment me, get me "just because gifts", write little notes, text more often, and generally just show more affection and care toward me. I understand the whole honeymoon phase, but yet I have still shown my affection and the care the same as I always have and quite honestly even more. I always put him above many of my priorities, and I always go out of my way to make sure I help him and be there for him, as well as giving surprise gifts writing notes, complementing him and encouraging him. Now, I feel like I'm disposable to him, he takes hours to text me back sometimes, when we hang out sometimes he'll go do other stuff like work on something or play video games on his phone, he hardly compliments me anymore and I'm always trying to do my best to look better, even sometimes eating much less, so that maybe he would notice and maybe be more affectionate. He hardly encourages me, or if he does it's very brief and doesn't seem genuine, he rarely goes out of his way to do things for me anymore, when he texts me it's more dry. He really is a genuine and amazing person, but I'm just really heartbroken over this and I really don't know what to do. I don't expect him to put me above everything in his life, but I feel like I'm always the one planning, I'm always the one trying to hang out and do things and I feel like it's been really one-sided. I also understand that he could be stressed, but I've been very stressed in my life as well and yet I'm still trying to maintain our relationship. Does anyone have any advice for me?

Hey, I've been struggling a lot with losing or even reducing my lower abdomen belly fat (around and below my belly button) I've tried everything and it just won't go away, or it will for a bit and it comes back. Maybe im just chronically bloated? Idk. Any advice?
