Like really? I've been dealing with this pack of adapters floating around in the cargo area for 6 months when there was a spot RIGHT THERE above the drivers rear wheel well to attach it? I only just noticed the fuzzy patch on the wall. I'm usually more observant than this. Yeesh.

Edit: this spot is above the driver's rear wheel well in the back of the car.

Edit 2: a few posts have shared it doesn't appear if you have the sub woofer.

So I was reading various blogs and articles about ev efficiency a little and got curious. What vehicles were highest ranked for efficiency based on mpge ratings?

A quick little search found that the 2026 Toyota bZ is ranked 7th! It's the odd man out in a crowded space of Teslas and Lucids. I paid a little over 30K OTD for a vehicle with a 314 mile range, with top ten efficiency, that the closest efficient vehicles from this list start at 38K and quickly go up from there. And the closest ones are a small mid-sized sedan without as much utility as the bZ.

If you remove the sedans from the listing the bZ quickly rises to 3rd place in the ECUV/ESUV segment for efficiency

Edit: the 130 mpge bZ is the FWD 75kwh battery 18 inch rims version.

I wanted to see how much the 26 Toyota bZ weighs as someone was saying it’s grossly overweight and like almost 6,000 pounds. It is not. I did a search and pulled up Edmunds.com

The specs are incorrect for the XLE Plus. You can’t always trust Edmunds to have the correct information. I remember when I was researching EVs before I bought my bZ that many times Edmund’s information was either lacking or incorrect. This is one example where it reports the 26 XLE Plus range is 236 miles when it’s really 314 or higher depending on driving styles, etc.

There has to be a person out there willing to trick out their bZ and add hydraulics, rims, a bunch of bling.

Man. I thought my 2015 Camry Hybrid was annoying when the washer fluid was low. The bZ pops up a message in the instrument cluster, then on the infotainment system, and lastly in the app.

Seriously Toyota? It's JUST washer fluid!

I live in Tampa Bay and we get good thunderboomer storms from time to time, we were blessed with one in my area a little after 4AM this morning. 🥱

I didn't notice it then but once I woke up the second time after the storms had passed and I had gotten some more sleep. I noticed on my phone a notification about my windows being down. It came in at the same time as the storms were moving through.

I went down and checked and they were rolled up and I checked my 12V and it was ok.

So, question: Was the signal set off by electric charge in the air or from the sound of the thunder? This was the first really good thunderboomer we've had in a while. Like we've had some but not quite this proliferated with thunder claps. How does it know windows are down? I'm assuming sensors. Think the window rattling from the thunder may have caused it?

I've been thinking of adding the blackout overlay to all the emblems and I know I won't like the black on black back here.

Has anyone removed the black from the rear logo? If you've removed the black filler(?) how difficult was it? Easy enough for a novice or should I get a professional to do it?

Hey guys, I have a 2026 Toyota Prius Plug-In Hybrid SE and my ring camera picked up this video at 2:30am. Anyone know what this might be? Kind of freaked out cause it said it was a person but obviously it was triggered by the light. Any insight is appreciated.
