Books on heritage garments (it could be anything such as the history, the functions, the culture) (I particularly want books about military) (I love military)

I’d like to know more things please!
I’m often afraid of the things I might not know. I want to go into a vintage shop and know what I’m looking at.
So gimme some juicy information dense books on such subjects. Or anything you could read

Take two: help me finish this list of songs/albums made for the intended purpose of being bad. (And explain a little of its history)

I made a lot of people angry with the last post. I didn’t explain what I was doing clearly, and I unintentionally riled up some people. So this is TAKE TWO!

An “intentionally bad”album is an album that is purposefully trying to make bad music. Simple.
A “fuck my label” album like Lou reeds metal sounds
A “fuck you” album like Yuno Miles
An attempt at making the worst song by taking surveys around the USA
Or questioning if a genuinely bad song could top the charts
These albums and songs were made with the intention of discomfort and disappointment. So don’t give me songs like “rock and roll McDonald’s” or “tight pants/ body roll” the artists believed they were making good music.

I don’t know if John cage fits in this category. His music is experimental and at times unlistenable, but its point is to question music as an art form, not to be insufferable just to be insufferable.

Also, does the artist “odd man who sings about poop” count? He’s intentionally making thousands of songs about poop, but is he intentionally making it sound bad?

Suggest me Books so bad it makes you write better out of spite

As Alan Moore once said: “(do) not only read good books, read terrible books as well. Because they can be more inspiring than good books… A genuinely helpful reaction to a piece of work you’re reading is ‘Jesus Christ, I could write this shit.’. That is immensely liberating to find somebody who is published who is much much worse than you, and by analyzing why they are doing so badly.”

Goodreads doesn’t exactly have a worst books section. So here I am, trying to liberate myself.

The first Barbour shop in the northeastern part of china is being built next to my house!!!!!!

In the comments, they say it’s going to open in the middle of September. I’m so excited!

I’ve never been to a real shop before. How’s the shopping experience usually? Do they wax in the shop?

Do any of you have recommendations for good Chinese music or albums

I’m Chinese, born and raised. However, I don’t think I have ever heard an album that I like that is from mainland china. My favorite Japanese artist is ichico aoba, my favorite Spanish artist is Gaby amarantos. But when it comes to Chinese music, I just come blank. And this lack of interest in Chinese music has made my parents suspicious that I have somehow been brainwashed by western media to hate Chinese music. I don’t think it’s crazy to say that Jay Chou’s first album was mid and the albums that follow it get worse and worse. I don’t believe I have a tendency to hate Chinese music, I just haven’t found something I like and connect with.
Help me plz. Gimme good Chinese music, preferably albums, and I WILL give a review to all that is recommended.
I’m not genre-phobic so send anything
