Can I play jailbreak Xbox 360 games on my Xbox one?

I have an Xbox one and I bought a toy story 3 Xbox 360 edition disk online because it should've worked cause it has backwards compatibility but I got scammed and sent a jailbreaked disk, so I wanna know if it would still work if I turn off the internet. Im asking cause I dont want to try myself because I have alot of progress on my games. Any help would be appreciated
