Boeing Watch Club

Recently I’ve seen some other companies have had batches of watches made with the company logo. For example, Google and Palantir have had watches made through Tudor.

It’s usually commissioned through a watch club of some sort. Is there anything like this at Boeing and would it even be allowed? I think a Pelagos with the Boeing logo or the silhouette of an F-15 would go hard.

edit: I do not understand the downvotes lol what about this is making people mad?

27M - What else should I be doing?

Married with a stay at home wife and two kids. I currently make about $89k/yr from my job (which accounts for all of my 401k saving) and an additional $25k/yr on the side. I recently started putting away an additional $100/mo into a Roth IRA.

Wife has about $12k in student debt and I owe $12k on our minivan. Other than that we are “debt free” aside from our home, which is about $1600/mo

I currently don’t have a degree but plan on getting one within the next 5 years or so. I won’t have any student debt

I guess I kinda want to be told whether I‘m on the right track or not. I would also like advice on what I can do to maximize my chances of retiring early or at all.

NBD: Waxed Flesh Friday

Ordered these dudes on April 14th, so about a 16 week lead time. Not bad for an MTO. These are BWF on a 55 with a moderate dogger heel profile. Pretty standard fare. I think they look great and I can’t find any flaws.

Now to start the arduous break in process!

Best place to buy a mackinaw cruiser?

I’m looking to buy a large forest green cruiser. Do you guys recommend waiting for a sale and buying new, or buying a pre-owned one?

Boots spotted on the line

In the most recent BOTL I’ve spotted what I think are my boots, circled in red. Looks like my exact build and I just got my shipped notification today.

I’ll likely never know for sure but pretty cool nonetheless!

[SNDA25] Old faithful

Pulled this out of a drawer today. I haven’t worn it since probably ~2018. My dad wore it in the Army and it accompanied him on a deployment to Afghanistan. He then gave it to me when I shipped off to the Navy and I wore it through boot camp and at sea a few times. This thing has been through the wringer, as you can see from the scratched crystal and bent up hands.

Pretty good lume for a watch made in 2012!

Can we bring back a small amount of watch posting?

Also, coming up on a 1 year with these Predator Orange Overlanders. I just put new laces on them over the weekend. I think I’ll refinish the midsole soon too.

Pre-03 Nav Swap

I have completed the nav swap in my 2002 LX470. It really wasn’t all that difficult, I did the actual swap in a single day. Just do a lot of research and planning, and be careful. Double check everything. All the info you might need is on mud. The hard part was the new sound system. I couldn’t get the stock speakers to work with the new head unit so I said screw it and hooked up a new sound system. New front door speakers, an amp and a subwoofer in the back. It sounds decent. I may in the future add rear door speakers and upgrade the subwoofer but I’m no rush.

Good Morning Predator Orange

After the roof top sun bathing my PO Overlanders are nice and shiny. This is how they look with just brushing, I haven‘t used any products on them in months. It also got rid of the squeak in the right boot, at least for now.
