Everything is an excuse to eat

I recently realized that whenever there is a fluctuation on my mood I need to follow it up with food. Happy? Eat. Sad, Eat. Stressed? Tired? Anxious about something? In a hurry? With a lot of time on my hands? Everything is a great excuse to eat in my head. And when I say eat I mean eat everything in the house. There have been times that I have made my self sick from eating so much. The other day I went out with my husband and he had some food leftover, I didnt even like the food that he ordered but I just had to eat it. I have tried meal prepping, I have tried making healthy snacks or even buying trigger foods in small snack packets so I don’t end up eating like a huge bag of chips. I also tried drinking water and most advice there is out there but nothing seems to distract me from the urge to eat. I need to find a way to control this. Any tips are welcome

What did this do to my hair?

I had my hair dyed dark brown, I didn’t really like it and I used a diy hair color remover that consists of head and shoulders and vitamin c tablets (yeah I know, but I was desperate). I put this twice on my hair and the color did fade significantly but it also left my hair super dry. Whenever I wash my hair now I can’t even run my fingers through it, it’s like it becomes a huge clump as soon as it comes in contact with water. When I blow dry it it appears soft and knot free. Can anyone explain what happened here?

Can I open a Google Docs without anyone knowing?

Ok so my boss has his account logged in on my pc and he is the one who creates our schedule. It’s Friday and he still hasn’t sent it to us and I need to know my shifts for next week. Is there a way I can view the document from his account without him knowing that it was opened?

How to fade hair dye quicker

You know how freshly (box) dyed hair can look really dark and intense, but after a couple of months, the color fades a little and starts to look much more natural?
I have naturally brown hair, and I recently dyed it with a level 3 brown mixed with some burgundy. Unfortunately, it turned out almost jet black with a hint of burgundy and right now it looks very artificial, almost like I’m wearing a bad wig.
I was wondering if there’s anything I can do to help the color fade a little and bring it to a softer, more natural-looking brown tone without damaging my hair too much.

How to handle a boss that tells you off while walking away?

I’m having an issue with my new boss and I’m not really sure how to handle it.
I’m generally a very non-confrontational person. Even when I know I’m in the right, I tend to freeze in the moment and struggle to think of a response. My new boss has this habit of telling people off and then walking away before they have a chance to respond.
For example, the other day he asked me something, got angry about my answer, and started telling me off while literally walking away. By the time I had processed what was happening, he was already gone. So I didn’t even have the opportunity to explain myself or respond to what he was saying.
In the moment, what am I actually supposed to do? Am I supposed to shout, “Hey, come back, I wasn’t finished responding to you”? It feels ridiculous, but I genuinely don’t know what the appropriate way to handle it is.
How would you deal with someone who does this?

Also it feels like he does this deliberately so he gets to have the last word so I don’t even think that talking to him about it will change something.

Is it possible for people to be selling fake Pandora jewelry that are made of silver?

I bought a used Pandora bangle that was sold to me as authentic and I paid 23€ as opposed to 80€ that it costs to get new. I have no issues with it, it looks real, it has all the stamps and it has not changed color or anything. It actually behaves the same as my other bracelet that I got from Pandora website.
What makes me suspicious is that the seller has dozens of listings for Pandora jewelry that are “like new” and they are selling them in really good prices. They also have multiples so I am definitely sure that they are not just selling their collection.
I also stumbled upon more sellers similar to this one that are selling a very large amount of Pandora jewelry that look like they are in very good condition and are very very cheap. So I guess my question is, if it is real how are they selling it so cheap?
