I'm the principal of a high school in New York City. I am always trying to be reflective and improve my practice as a leader. What books can you suggest?

I'm 39 years old looking for the best peptide serum for anti-aging (fine lines, wrinkles). I do not have many fine lines or wrinkles yet, so this would be adding to my prevention routine.

Currently, I use medik8 liquid peptides serum, but for the price tag ($68), I'm just not loving it. Any suggestions for effective peptides would be great, or any suggestions for my routine at all! I have acne-prone, combination skin

Dr. Althea 345 relief Cream mist (as needed for added moisture or refresh throughout the day)

Dr. Althea - Green Tea Fresh Sunscreen (absolutely love this. Doesn't break me out and blends in so well)

My daughter would be attending in the 27-28 school year of she gets picked in the lottery. I saw that in this past school year, there were some violations at Harbor Child Care for lack of supervision. Just looking for insight on the Universal Pre-K program. Thanks!
