I blocked this person about half a year ago on facebook. Before I blocked them, I saw all their highlights which is the reason why I blocked so my name wouldn’t show. If I were to unblock now, will my name appear that I viewed their highlights?
I’m 31 years old and I got my first ever dui last month in April. I’ve never before gotten into trouble with the law not even a speeding ticket. So I’m really ashamed of myself for getting myself in this position. I work at a warehouse and found out they run background checks every 3 years. I’ve only been at my job for almost a year. The last thing I need is to lose my job. I’m accountable for everything and I’m going to take the steps to put this behind me, but to lose my job I think is cruel. Is there anything or anyway to avoid this from coming out on a criminal background check? What can I possibly tell my lawyer?
There this girl I see every now and then. I last saw her in April. She reached out to me couple a days ago saying hi and that she’s free to see me in the beginning of June. We’re not really big texters, we only talk when it’s time for meeting up. In person we always have a great time and talk about everything. So I was wondering since the plans are set in motion, do I need to text her with conversations?
My arraignment was today for my first dui. I didn’t personally show up to court my lawyer did. They gave me the update and said there was no case yet. What does that mean? My license officially suspends in July.
