I’m 31. My counselor in one of my dui classes recommended me speaking to my lawyer about getting my charges dropped to a wet n reckless. I was pulled over for speeding and blew a .14. I did cooperate and have never had any previous history. He said I could work out a deal to extend my classes and enroll in other programs. I honestly think this would be the best deal possible since I work for a union and do plan on going back to school in the future. I also drive with door dash once in a while. I paid 4 grand for my lawyer by the way so I just want to get my moneys worth. So what are the odds that my lawyer could help me out with this?

I’m 31 single no kids. I got my first DUI last month in April leaving the club. Unfortunately I was only going to the club in hopes of finding a gf or at least some new friends. I hate that this DUI is going to affect my dating and social life. I was thinking of still going out after I have an IID installed. It just sucks cause most girls drink and I don’t want to be peer pressured. What can I do or any ideas of what I can do to not let a DUI affect my personal life?
