One day at work some lame guy I wouldn’t have even looked at twice called me ""ugly"" in front of a bunch of people loud enough that it felt intentional everyone just.. kind of went with it

sounds stupid but I’ve gotten compliments on my looks so I didn’t even get why it hit me like that It was humiliating

after that I just started hating my face

even when I got into a relationship and my partner told me I was beautiful every day it didn’t really change anything

years later I still think about it that word stuck

I’ve thought about plastic surgery more than once I’m scared of it tho and there’s no guarantee it would fix anything anyway
