I've been building a fictional universe centered around a civilization of people known as the Psychics, whose history stretches across more than 2,000 years.

The Psychics are connected to a supernatural force called the Psychic Realm. Across the centuries, different Psychic governments, orders and factions have risen and fallen. Their history includes republics, wars, political conspiracies, a galaxy-spanning empire, the near-eradication of the Psychics, and eventually the rebuilding of their civilization.

The story's main historical turning point is Year 0, when the Galactic Nation and the Alliance finally collide and the central conflict comes to an end.
