Trying to play on M1 Macbook Pro 16GB. I downloaded the offline files from GOG, installed via the Porting Kit Wizard. Installation said it was successful but when I try to play the game I get stuck on a black screen and get this error message. Any help would be highly appreciated!

You may need to use headphones to hear it, but there is a crackling/fizzling/buzzing that occurs while hitting a note.
I’ve tried isolating bad cables/pedals, used different guitars, plugged the amp into different outlets and even different houses but the noise persist, there is also intermittent screeches and a few volume drops. At other times everything will sound perfectly fine.
If it does sound like a bad tube, is it obvious wether it’s a power or pre amp tube?
I took a look at the tubes with the amp turned on/warmed up and the power amp tubes were glowing orange and the pre amp tubes a very dim orange.
Thanks in advance for any help! I don’t want to replace the tubes if the problem is likely something else.
